Nice experience with salesman. Good variety of chair options.

Purchased the Jovie bedroom set but did not check the function of the drawers when we received them. We were shipped damaged merchandise, the dressers are completely misaligned so none of the drawers are actually functional. Have called the store and customer service multiple times to get no help. Everyone continues to tell us they will call back. No one has called back and no one has given any type of solution to our issue.

The salesman Roberts was so easy to deal with and went over all our needs . He could have not been better in every way.

Good quality and fair prices and good service

To begin with, my mother is mobility impaired and the store is HUGE in size and what was very impressive is there is a wheelchair available for use to help those that can't navigate the size of the store easily - very thoughtful! The in store staff are extremely patient and customer service oriented. The store is very clean and pleasant. The customer service is excellent. The delivery team is excellent. The pricing and product are very competitive with lower cost dealers that can't match the full customer experience and product backing. The quality and customer experience can't be beat. Thank you!

Sales person was excellent but Alistair furniture I bought is terrible. Leather couch has depressions that won’t come out in cushions and back after only 1 month. I bought the warranty. Can you do anything to fix this?
