We came in shopping for a mattress, had a number of brands/models we wanted to look at that the website indicated were on the floor. We were not necessarily going to purchasing that day. John M. made the experience pleasurable, help us find the models we were interested in, answered our questions and let us do our thing, no hovering or pressure. We found we did not like the items we came to see and bought a mattress from another manufacturer. John offered us the option of putting down a fully refundable deposit to hold the sales price should we want to look at mattresses elsewhere. John must have spent two hour or more with us, including time after the sale with idle conversation. Good guy.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and took his time understanding our need and helping us find the right options.

Andy N. was very patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen to our needs and what we were looking for in a dining set. It is our first set purchased on our own. Andy understood that this is a big undertaking for us, and paid attention to our budget needs. We are so excited for our new table, chairs and sideboard to arrive. We will definitely be back to see Andy next year when we start to look for family room furniture. This was our first time shopping here and we are so glad you opened in Natick!

I admire the product, but I was even more delighted with the speed and dispatch with which I could get the details I need and then, once home and remeasuring the space, place the order. Would that all businesses could conduct their operations with such efficiency, and also, might I say, good cheer.

The sales person Matt G. was really a big help. We were looking for a recliner and he showed us a lot of inventory and was very patient as we tested each chair. He exceeded our expectations with outstanding service. I love my new chair. I will shop here again.

Growing up in Western NY, we purchased our furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. When I moved here, I had bought my furniture from the local places. I always felt something was missing, I never had connection with the funiture, felt like a number with the local stores. When I walked into R&F, I felt I was back home. The staff who are local people have the charisma and the training of the R&F way so watch this place memorize you, you won't be disappointed.

Dimitri Charlot was our sales associate and he was fabulous to work with! They priced matched a competitor too!

My daughter and I had an amazing experience with Johnathan who drove out from New Jersey to work in Massachusetts for tax free weekend.
We were specifically looking at mattresseses and he gave us space to try them out, lay on a few, and then answered questions when we wanted information. He has Exceptional.

I appreciate that I was greeted right away and directed to a sales associate who could help. The sales associate did not rushed into a decision. I was given information on the products I was buying. Alternatives were suggested both at a higher end and a lower end of what I had originally looked at. The associates that I worked with were David O'Connor and Belinda. I give them both a high rating.

Matthew G was a great salesperson and overall nice guy with a funny sense of humor. Matt engaged his managers to give us a great discount during tax free weekend . Matt got our delivery service for our mattress and adjustable platform NEXT DAY!. Matt also provided a cell phone number for us to directly connect if we have questions or issues with our purchase. I personally went to purchase several items for a new townhouse I'm moving to. The salesperson was very professional but before I left I realized this place doesn't have integrity. I'm unsure why several items aren't labeled with a price, You need the salesperson to scan it and give you a price. Then before checking out, she was going to ask if any further discounts could be taken off. This just makes you realize that for some individuals they are paying less than others. When I read more online, after I left about the home repair with items I realized there is a huge problem with integrity with this place and wish I hadn't given them my business.
