I visited the store on several occasions to review merchandise. I called and spoke to my sales representative who was happy to take my sale. I was told I could make my payment via telephone by the sales clerk, and that a store representative would be calling my back to ask me 3 security questions to confirm my identify to use my store credit card.
No call was made. When I called the store to inquire, the customer service representative was rude, and told me that I needed to come into the store to finalize my sale.
Please don't tell me one thing to make the sale, not follow up, and then when I do my due diligence treat me like a burden who should know something but doesn't.

Our salesman, Tony Mazza, was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He was helpful, but not in a pushy way. He really connected with us and showed genuine care for us as his customers; he did not rush us into a purchase, but helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He is one of the best salesman we’ve worked with.

I have never felt so mistreated by any sales person in any organization as i had been by Reinhold at the Raymour Flanigan in Medford, NY.
It was an abysmal experience and i will definitely not allow myself to be subjected to that negativity ever again.

Worst experience ever... I’ve ordered many sets from R&F and not sure I’ll be back again.
Told sales man we wanted chocolate color in a bunk bed... confusion over what set was in the showroom and what was actually ordered.

My recent purchase was good but I asked abou the delivery charges and was told $169.00 yet when I got home I saw it was $199.00. Then the Platinum plan for 5 years was added on without asking me and I was surprised to see it was a$249.00.
