Christina Yip was absolutely wonderful to our family. She was extremely patient and kind. She was helpful at all times. She really made furniture shopping a joy. She also helped us look through 50 area rugs until we found the one we wanted. She certainly is a special employee.

The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture and the prices he helped us in giving us ideas and lead us through the store to choose what we are looking for. He answered all our questions and concerns ,

Steven (Salesperson) and the staff was very professional and put my mind at ease when it came to replacing my 92 year-old mother's mattress. Their level of professionalism is impeccable. They represented Raymour & Flanagan well.

The salesman answered every single one of my questions, helped me moved chairs and table tops so that I could get the best visualization of what I wanted. When I know what I want, I’m a very easy sale!

The first time I went to Raymour & Flanigan about 3-4 years ago, I was a little put off by the salesman that met us at the escalator. He was very pushy, opinionated, only showed us a handful of sectionals, and then escorted us out the door when we didn't want to make a purchase that day. I was hesitant to return for that very reason, but I did purchase my hutch online and I love the quality so I knew I could expect great quality in your dining sets, as well. Brian Cooperstein at the Staten Island branch was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive and went above and beyond to help me find something that matched the hutch we had at home. He gave us space to look around ourselves, and then was always nearby to answer questions. He really listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect set. He was so lovely, friendly, and helpful. He really changed my whole perspective on Raymour & Flanigan's in-store experience. Thank you so much, Brian!
