Very pleasant experience at the Cherry Hill store. I already knew what piece of furniture I wanted so it was an easy transaction. My salesperson told me she would call me in a few days when she had an approximate date the piece would arrive at the warehouse and she was good to her word. While 2 months seems like a long time for the arrival of the console I understand that everything is moving at a slower pace.

We have taken delivery of half a couch… Every time we reach out as to when the second half will be delivered the availability date moved back a month!!

We recently purchased a new home. We ordered furniture from a few different places including R&F. We had multiple issues with other vendors/stores but never had an issue with R&F. They were able to locate our home and were great with product placement and assembly.

Sales person was not to pushy and answered all questions. We were in and out in less then 30 minutes.
