Entering the new facility in White Plains was a bit overwhelming. However the sales person, Kerry Lawton approached and greeted us with a smile, listened to our needs and took us directly to the correct spot to show us our choices. There was NO HARD SELL. He was helpful in explaining why one choice might be better than another and sat back. It made our experience a pleasant one. When we said we needed to "think about it" he continued to be pleasant, gave us the measurements so we could determine that the space would work, and again without pressure, wished us well. When we returned two days later Kerry greeted us with his smile and we successfully completed the purchase. We would recommend R & F to anyone looking to furnish their home or for a single item. The selection was amazing, and prices were the fair. It was a refreshing experience.,
