Experience at Raymour & Flanigan was excellent.

Adam Hutter was easy to work with. He explained the advantages of each couch we were looking at. He handled the sales well.

We stopped in on a Sunday just looking to get an idea of what we were looking for as we wanted to upgrade out old, worn-out couch. We were met by Amir, who went above and beyond to help us zero in on what we were looking for. He was very patient as my wife and I looked at options in several price ranges, and made it simple for us to see how it would work with financing options. He was also patient as my wife contacted several friends and family to get second opinions. While we went there with the idea of just to look, Amir made us feel so comfortable that we ended up making a purchase that day! Definitely ask for Amir, he is the man!

As we walked through the doors, we were greeted by one of your sales reps, and he was great. Even if we were just window shopping, due to the way we were treated, with no hassle and no pressure, we would still have purchased something before leaving. Wow.

The salesman was knowledgeable about mattresses and was able to show us multiple mattresses to assist us with picking the best mattresses that fit our needs.

Fanny was great to work with. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Our salesman Ray greeted us at the door. We knew we wanted to see a particular sleep sofa, and he showed it to us with a friendly pitch, but no pressure. And he got us a 10% discount. We bought on the spot!

I have really bad experience whit this company twice in getting a right items that in a first place I’m ordering. I’m splain first when I’m going to pickup in a warehouse in Yonkers the mattres is not a same I’m ordering plus the the other parts at convertible bed is used or 2 hand because everything is out the box dirty parts plus not sealed in a original package like supposed be. 2 whe delivered to my address same thing a same mattress not the I’m placed a order for second time is trying to push me a mattress is the low quality that is not I’m ordering. Anyway I’m not satisfied whit this company no more whit that 2 bad experience that I have. I hope one day getting serious those issues in getting used parts or 2 hand to the customers that my experience. Thanks god bless

Good morning I have my bad experience twice to getting the same items at the description in my first place order. Then first bad experience is when I’m going to pick up in a warehouse in Yonkers the mattress is not that I’m ordering also the other parts is ripped off out the box 2 second bad issues is when delivery to my address again the mattress is not a same at the original order plus everything the others parts is out the original package that I’m not accepting like that.. is really bad experience whit this company. I’m not recommended at no body is poor that needs to revalue the items first at make sure that a correct item at the original purchase not a different or 2 hand. That my experience here not satisfied certified. Thanks thanks I hope need to fix that & get serious at the customer’s

When you enter the store sales people shouldn’t bum rush you or make comments as you walk away saying
“Go ahead run”. Although he “greeted” us I wouldn’t give him the time of day and asked Angel who was on the floor checking something out to help me. He was helpful and pleasant to work with.
