I called the Woodbridge store with a question on a box spring, which I was planning to order on the Raymour website. I spoke to Renay and she was super helpful, answered my questions, and found the exact type I needed. She also set up delivery for the next day. th woman who took my payment was also very nice, and efficient. Great delivery as well.

Found the sofa we wanted in the first few minutes of being in the store. Delivery was fast and efficient. The whole prosses went smoothly. Very pleased.

The sales associate Sande was professional, courteous and helpful.

I had a delivery set up for today and the delivery people never showed up and when you call the customer service number and ask to speak to the corporate office the customer service reps tells you there are no corporate offices so unprofessional I just asked for a refund for all my furniture I purchased from them I don’t recommend this store to anyone
