My experience at the Garden city Raymour & Flanigan was exceptional, thanks to Pamela Walker. She warmly welcomed me, gave me a thorough tour of the showroom while helping me find the perfect bedroom set. Her knowledge was impressive. Most importantly, she listened to what I was looking for and never pressured me to buy.

I don’t live nearby. I happened to stop in after attending a training class in the area but her service stood out. I visited other stores, yet none matched her professionalism, so I returned specifically to work with her. That say everything about the kind of service she provides. She truly earned a five-star rating.

I absolutely love the choices I made. My Florence bedroom set is beautiful, and my Beautyrest bed is one of the best purchases I’ve made. The bed is so comfortable it’s hard to get up in the mornings.

The only reason I’m not giving my overall experience a perfect rating is because of the delivery. The delivery team was prompt and efficient with bringing in and assembling the furniture but a language barrier limited my questions, which was a little frustrating. That was the only reason I couldn’t give the overall experience a perfect score. While that was disappointing, it didn't diminish the excellent showroom experience.

Only one rug of the two I bought and paid for in May has been delivered. I have called your customer service multiple times and gotten no good response. In fact, this rug wouldn’t have even been sent to me how I not called and complained. I keep being told that they will get back to me and no one has gotten back to me. I’m about ready to call the Better Business Bureau.

The salesman was very polite, helpful, and thorough. He found what we wanted immediately, both in store and by online order. He saved us money and helped us through delivery issues.

My Salesman was knowledgeable and helped to make my shopping experience a pleasure. He was able to help me get all of the pieces needed and kept my within my budget. This store is new to the Baltimore area and I’ll be referring Friends and Family members.

Only one speaker on the sofa works and we have now tried to contact R&F and were told we would get a call back withing 72 hours well that was last Wednesday. I am sure our payment will be needed asap but there is no urgency on R&F part to fix our product

The mobile site on Brave browser kept switching back and forth from the filter options like color and size etc. It would pop out from the left then random minimize itself, making navigation annoying.
