I placed an order back on November 2024, was charged but I never received the product. I started to contact customer service and requested over a few emails we exchanged for a refund to my credit card. This week customer service representative wrote the following:
"If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
Will that be acceptable?" I am still laughing... I paid for a product I never received, and now if I want to receive I need to pay "some money for their loss of the product and the first shipping fee" which I paid by the way. This company is a scam...Do not fall for their adds. My purchase was not cheap and I will file a dispute with American Express to see if I can get my money back.
It seems to be a shell company that operates thousands of scam. And the company I purchased from is in CHINA

I placed an order in July 2024 and still haven't received anything. The website is no longer active and since August, I can't get in touch with anyone to get my money back. DO NOT RISK IT WITH YOUR MONEY...

Item shown was a 3D ornament, what arrived was a flat piece of printed acrylic. Also charged my credit card more than was stated on apple pay. Took over a month to arrive and had to go through my credit card company to recover money.
Sold via facebook under the name runkiwi but RCAEY on my bill.

this company is a fraud. their whole intricate set up is a scam. i ordered a kamala shirt but what i received is not the advertised shirt. and they kept sending updates on where your item is in transit. this is a $25 shirt yet it was in transit in Italy then stuck at customs in Italy. i took a screen shot of that historic shipping scam but unable to attach it unfortunately - youd get a good laugh! then i get a notice its in china. other individuals have mentioned chech republic. but when i finally received the scrunched up plastic taped bundle that looked like garbage has a return address thats 20 minutes from me by car here in chicago. the postal inspector should be notified. my security software notified me my info was newly found on the dark web thru their connected company tencent. only way to secure your info is change your password but if you didnt have an account you dont have a password and cannot change the password. such a scam. you cant return it so im certainly not paying for it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

UPDATE: sept 20th i have now received another delivery notification that the package is now declared at customs. really???? hmmm. slimy

I ordered from a Facebook Ad, the items never arrived and now I am trying to get my $ back. Never again.

Not a lot but just why overcharge £5.66? Disgusting company. Never again, especially after reading how other people have been treated, much, much worse off than me. By pretending to be someone else and overcharging at every turn, they are making a lot of money! FACEBOOK. Stop allowing them to trade!!

Scam, as others have said. I ordered an item on FB Marketplace from a Company called Sea of Pineapples. These guys took the cash, so I assume it is the same people. It bore absolutely no resemblance to the photo of the advertised item. When I complained they literally laughed at me. I claimed the money back through my credit card company with no questions asked. Presumably Rcaey are on their blacklist!

Deserves a less than one rating. This company is fraudulent. They advertise on fb under an alias company name,falsely claim that proceeds go to act blue then charge more than twice what you thought you had paid. Beware

I ordered 3 egg timers for $37.34 and received a plastic tissue box. I told them the error, sent them proof, and they said it would cost me a lot to send it back so they would refund me $2.00. Very unprofessional scammers. Please don't fall for it!

I was charged multiple times on my AmEx card for purchases I did not make.

Scammed through my Facebook ads. Ordered 2 men’s shorts. Came to about $41. Soon as I ordered them I had a notification of $49.66 from RCAEY.
Googled Conquerory ( the website I ordered from ) and Lord and Behold SCAM WEBSITE!!!
Called my credit card company and they took care of it for me b

Do not use this company. They increase the bill after you have ordered. Also they bill you under a different name to the company name you see online. I am going through a dispute resolution process with my credit card company to get my money back.

DO NOT PLACE ORDERS through this company. They advertise under another name and change it to WWW RCAEY.COM. when they bill. My order was doubled and there was no way to get in touch with them. They did not respond to emails or text process that they set up. This company runs out of China.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered $350 worth of clothes from Rcaey. First of all, their Facebook ad said their company is based in South Carolina, but it's really in China. Then, they charged my PayPal account $70 more than my stated amount at checkout, but PayPal refunded that money. When my order arrived after about a month, I only tried on one of the dresses because it was horrible and I could see the others were the same. It is a striped dress, but the stripes aren't woven into the fabric--it's as if they're printed with a color copier onto cheap white material. The sleeves are below-elbow length and too tight to roll up. The overall fit is poor. There is a reason they don't display it on a model; it looks nothing like the picture shown on the website. Negative reviews don't post. Their customer service is non-existent, so their 30-day return policy is a lie. You get even less than you pay for from this company--BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a product and when it arrived it did not correspond to that of the advertising one that I thought I was buying. Also, I was ordering it from another company but when I was billed it showed up at Rcaey. I have sent 3 emails and they said they would answer within 24 hours, but the reply has never arrived. I also wish I had read about these experiences before I bought them, but rest assured Rcaey, the meagre amount you owe me will pave in significance the time I am finished tell the market who and what you are. You deserve to be closed down.

If there is less than one star I would have used it.

I would rate this company as less than one star if possible. They use a bait and switch by presenting pretty pictures and lie about fabric, size and quality. I wouldn't dress my worst enemy in their clothes. They refused the full refund and I finally got them to offer a $20 refund on a $95 purchase. Scammers!!!!!

This company didn't take my credit cards, then I knew something was up. Now I'm worried they've stolen my numbers. The orders didn't go through. The clothes looked too good to be true, and reading the other reviews, I can see the company is not a good one. Avoid at all costs.

If I could have left a review with NO stars I would have. I too have waited over a month fo a dress that looks NOTHING like the dress I ordered. I ordered because it was supposedly made in the USA and got ridiculous emails telling me it as in customs in Italy. The quality of the fabric was nothing like the picture. The picture showed a beautiful woven fabric with embroidered flowers and leaves. Instead it was a cheap fabric with an ugly faded print. I have found nicer looking dresses at Walmart. I will put this all over Facebook and Instagram warning everyone against ordering from this crappy company. I’m checking the box stating I want the company informed… but even if they DO receive it, I know nothing will ever be done
