Have been buying cubbies for new babies for the last 8 years. This was my 1st time using Ready Teddy Go. Great communication, the company emailed to double check details and quick to respond with queries. Super fast delivery. Very impressed and will definitely use again

I was skeptical but ordered a personalised cubbie last minute for my daughters first birthday and well ... It is honestly amazing ... It is high quality and easy to wash ... Alot bigger then I thought it would be and it was delivered within 3 days so it arrived in time without paying the extra delivery! I am honestly so happy with this I am so glad I ordered it and I will defiantly be ordering again for my orher daughter! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you ❤️

Oh Dear! The two stars here are for customer service. I had a problem with one of the towels I ordered ( I ordered 8 as presents) as several threads were pulled. I contacted Lianne and she implied I must have washed it or snagged it myself. When I advised that I hadn't she responded with we'll have to agree to disagree then and she advised me to just cut them off. A snagged towel is not a replacement issue!!
It would be at M&S or John Lewis. What a shame as I really try and support small businesses.

We brought our grandson a chefs apron as he enjoys helping mummy with making pizza,good value for money fast delivery and goods as described would definitely buy from them again

Ordered 13 personalised children’s towels. Pleased with the quality and delighted with the speed of receiving my order. I was advised on colour changes post order which was really useful and appreciated. Will use this company again.

Have ordered from RTG for years now and we always get great feedback from our staff who receive the beautiful personalised baby towels. They're affordable and such a nice gift. Lianne is so on the ball she even has noticed when I've not left a gift message and contacted me! Will continue ordering for many years to come.

Fantastic quick service.
I made a mistake and chose an incorrect motif, so i emailed ReadyTeddyGo not expecting a reply (lets face it- most companies won't reply).
But to my pleasant surprise i received a reply within a few hours - on a Sunday as well!. awesome!
Lianne mailed me saying "no problem at all, well change it to the correct one".
Within a few days my personalised towel arrived.
I was half expecting the wrong picture on it- me having little faith in anyone...
But it was a Unicorn- what i really wanted- For my granddaughter- not me.....I must say that :)
The towel was good quality, stitching on name and motif was good.
I will definitely be using ReadyTeddyGo again, it's refreshing to find a good reliable online company nowadays.

Ordered 2 personalised towels as gifts (would have been 3 but they don't do dinosaur motifs). Ordering simple, turnaround brilliant, both arrived within a week. Quality looks good and I shall certainly shop with them again if I can. Will definitely recommend. Thank you Reddy Teddy.
