I have dealt with multiple recruitment agencies since I became redundant. In fact, I have dealt with so many over the past decade or so, but this year I had the help and support provided by Recruiters.ie which I believe is on another level.

This year, I have been messed around, ghosted, been a silver medal candidate, passed over and given useless feedback that could barely be called constructive. With Recruiters.ie, I had the complete opposite experience.

Earlier on this year I had Mariel Echegaray Sala, who went the extra mile to help improve my CV to cater towards a specific role where she landed me an interview and while I was not successful, I did very well in thanks to the extra layers of support provided.

I seen this recruiter advertised and I just thought I’d hand in my CV. Immediately got in contact with me and got an interview from the job they told me to go for.
