Very approachable, I dealt with Paul Souter, was originally supposed to look at the car a few days prior but a defect was noticed by Paul with the wheels so he had them refurbed for me for free. Attention to detail is brilliant and very friendly bloke.

Got in touch with Paul Laidler about a car I saw online and from the enquiry to the purchase he has been very helpful and friendly with sorting all the logistics out so I only had to worry about getting there and seeing the car. Bought our car last year from Redgate Lodge, brilliant service. Just had our MOT and Service yesterday and again the service was great, my car was done quickly and I was able to collect the same day in lovely condition after having a valet.
