Pension Review
I have been meaning to review my pensions for a while but have never found the time or the right company.
Reeves have been excellent and in particular Sandi, the whole process has been painless and simple. I had multiple meetings with Sandi and she was always patient and explained everything really well. I never felt pressurised to make a decision and at the end all my options were presented in a clear and easily understandable way.
I have now decided to use Reeves to consolidate all my pensions into one managed pot and have no issues recommending them to anyone looking for a similar service.

Deceptive Sales Tactics
Someone claiming to be a Marketing Manager at Reeves liked a post I’d made on LinkedIn, then sent a connect request which I naively accepted, which was shortly followed by a sales pitch in a direct message.
They must be really desperate to be using tactics like that.

Excellent Advice: Knowledgeable and Professional Service
I attended a Reeves Seminar last year to hear about the consolidation of previous pensions. I have had various jobs in my career and wanted to know how best to work my different pensions. The seminar was extemely informative and cleary explained the various pension schemes without using complicated jargon.
I then had several meetings with Lewis Roberts, a Financial Advisor at Reeves and he talked me through each of my pensions, how they were performing, what annual charges were being applied, cash payout options on maturity, drawdown and annuities etc.
I did not have a good knowldege of how pensions worked pervioulsy but now I feel I have a good understanding. Lewis was professional but also with a friendly and trusting nature. After several consultation meetings and assessments he advised me to consolidate 2 pensions but keep one running as is, because it has a 43% protected tax free sum upon maturity. I appreciated this open and honest advice. I have transfered my other 2 pensions to be consolidated in a pension fund with Reeves. My experience was excellent and I now feel in a very comfortable and reassuring position when I do reach my retirement years. I would personally like to thank Lewis Roberts for all his help and guidance in the process and for explaining all my pensions and various options so clearly both verbally and in my written detailed advice summary. Thank you!

Underwhelming and no specified dviser
I was approached on LinkedIn with direct messages.
When contacted I was wanting to consolidate most company pensions I had.
Sales pitch was entrancing - but sadly:
i) The true charges were a lot more than anticipated - 4.5% up front deductions (2% expected -- but then a slew of other incremental fund charges.
ii) I had 8 people send me emails - not a dedicated advisor at all (most are Alumni from a local University -- wet behind the ears - scripted answers and jargon (most had been there 1-3 years - think they know-it-all)
iii) Lost money -- from day 1 -- am currently tapping out before they hike in exit charges.
Thoroughly awful experience --- the person whom tried to contact me and convince me to keep trust in the process was a guy whom had been there 15 years.
I lost a lot -- should have kept my eye on the ball.
Very poor experience.

First-class experience
I had a first-class experience with Andrew Williamson and Bradley Mason at Reeves. I had a tricky pension dilemma to work through, and Andrew was excellent in providing independent advice.
