I was scheduled for a job interview in the Hoensbroek location. I rang the bell in the front desk and informed the service desk about my appointment. She never allowed me inside and she informed me that the manager/supervisor would come to pick me up. After 15 minutes into the appointment time there was still no response.
A member of the personnel happened to be coming in. He led me in and to my to my surprise, the service desk employee was for all that time behind her computer. She did not even acknowledge my presence or bother to call the person that i was scheduled to have an appointment with.
After 20 minutes, the person that i was to supposed to have an interview with came and acted surprised that i had been waiting. We still have to wait for the team leader.
The interview was conducted in a hurry and a few days later i was informed that i had not been offered the job.
Needless to say, i got a very negative image of the company and would not have worked for such ignorant/arrogant people.

I bought Vintage Diet Tonic Water for years. Lately the soda is completely flat upon opening the bottle. Once or twice I didn't think anything of this but after a couple more time I called the number on the bottle 4 times and was disconnected each time after suggesting I hang up because my number was a spam risk. It's a private cell phone so I dont see any risk. Since I can't get in touch with them I will just switch to another brand. No customer service!!! Terrible company. The date below is the last time this happened but it was at least 3 or 4 other times.

I found mould in one of their ice pops and sent an email asking them to look into the matter - it's been a week and not even an acknowledgement as yet...

I recently had an issue with the quality of a drink that I had purchased from a supermarket, which was one of their Jamaica Inn drinks. I contacted them directly. They provided a minimal gift voucher, that I have not been able to redeem. I asked them to provide replacement drinks, which they did not do. They provided another gift voucher submission, that again could not be redeemed on the relevant website. This has been very frustrating and the matter has stretched unnecessarily and avoidable, over a month. I am extremely disappointed. I had this happen with another supplier in the last 12 months. That manufacturer immediately took my details and overcompensated, with replacement drinks. I am disappointed at the poor customer service,and Refresco Drinks do not appear to be concerned with customer satisfaction, when there is an issue with their product.

I have always drank ocean cranberry juice.
But you have changed the recipe for the worst its got a horrible taste and it's cloudy o certainly won't be buying again go back to the old way
