Reliable Property Group Bewertungen

I recently used Reliable Property Group for a Homebuyer Survey and Valuation, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, thorough, and incredibly helpful. The survey was detailed, clearly explained, and delivered promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reliable Property Group to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable surveying company. Excellent experience all around! Most definitely will be using the again on my next purchase!

We cannot recommend Ray highly enough! He initially came on board as someone who offered surveyor services, but quickly became so much more than that. From the very beginning of our home-buying journey, Ray was incredibly thorough, professional, and approachable.
What truly sets him apart is how much he went above and beyond his role.

Ray took it upon himself to help us find a better mortgage deal than we had originally sourced. He guided us through the process with genuine care and insight, always ready to lend a hand—even when it wasn’t technically his responsibility. Whether it was chasing the bank, giving honest advice, or simply checking in to see how things were progressing, Ray was consistently present and proactive.

It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and invested in their clients’ wellbeing. Thanks to Ray, what could have been a stressful experience felt manageable and supported at every step. We are truly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for not just a surveyor, but someone who genuinely has your back.

I used Reliable Property Group after reading online reviews. The homebuyer survey was carried out quickly by Joshua King and he produced a very comprehensive report. Jordan Lee, manager was also very helpful when I needed advice post survey. Very professional organisation.

I don’t often write reviews but really 10/10 for Reliable Property Group. The customer service was excellent, the speed with which the report was produced was excellent, the report itself was great - they truly are Reliable! I had an issue along the way which the resolved very kindly and quickly for me. I will definitely be using this company again. :)

Reliable group - managed to accommodate my tight deadline for a valuation with consummate professionalism.
I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a comprehensive & accurate report executed with professionalism in timely manner.

As a first time buyer Reliable have made the whole process stress free. They handled everything with ease and kept us updated throughout the entire process.
As a first time buyer it can be hard to navigate everything involved but I can genuinely say the team at reliable went over and above.

I will definitely use these guys again.

Reliable Property Group did a homebuyer survey for me before I purchased my home and I found their price reasonable in comparison to others. The surveyor was able to attend the property quickly but unfortunately the report produced was inaccurate and this led to me potentially overpaying for the property. The report incorrectly stated that there are 4 bedrooms in the property when only 3 can legally be counted as bedrooms due to the height of one door. Surely an experienced, professional surveyor would know that. The report also incorrectly stated that all the windows were double glazed when 7 out of 10 are actually single glazed. When I raised this issue with the company they lied that the report didn't say "all" the windows but I have a copy of the report which clearly says "full double glazing throughout". It seems this company cuts corners and probably just reuses wording from previous reports without properly updating them. I am disappointed especially that after being made aware of their error, there has been no effort to remedy the situation. I would avoid this company by all means.

What a RAY of sunshine Ray has been!!
From the moment we first spoke to him til now where we at almost at exchange and completion, he has been quick with his responses and helpful always.
The survey process was explained well and he arranged for this with quickly and stress free.
He kept checking in every so often and making sure we’re stress free.
He also managed to organise a brilliant mortgage broker for us who was able to beat our existing quote.
Thanks for all the help Ray, we look forward to working with you again.
Thanks,

I used the company for Homebuyer report. The whole team was very professional and friendly. I dealt with John and he was lovely to take the time to explain things and also they are happy to answer questions.

I recommend as purchasing a property can be stressful, this report shed light in issues I would not know and the team especially John was very helpful.

Great, responsive service and good value. Comprehensive survey and helpful discussion with the surveyor afterwards. I would definitely recommend.

Very easy to book and the initial quote was very competitive. The overall survey report was very thorough and in depth which has been great value.

Easy to book, one of the only companies I reached out to that actually gave me a follow up call off the back of my quote request. Booked in quickly and report delivered on time. Would highly recommend.

Great service and very prompt receipt of a well written and detailed report - would recommend to friends and family..

The team at Reliable were clear about my options and were able to get me booked in promptly. Thanks for your help!

Reliable property group helped me with my mortgage. They were so easy to deal with, easy to contact and had fantastic customer service for any queries I had. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

BNF Bank recently commissioned Reliable property to provide a valuation report on a major construction project near Manchester. The work included project monitoring and advice around key construction and credit risks.

Our Real Estate and underwriting team received first class service. We are now successfully closing this high value lending and moving onto a second project with our Middle East based client in conjunction with Reliable property.

Thank you to Ray and the team for their continued support to the bank in the UK as we grow our real estate lending portfolio.

This is actually my third time using RPG (separate properties) in a bid to buy my first home, and I keep returning because I'm never disappointed. The prices are competitive, the team is super lovely and understanding, and the results are comprehensive yet easy to understand, and speedily returned. Would 100000% work with them again and again!

Excellent service throughout
