This is a great company and their remotes controls are the best!! They work straight away on the TV with no hiccups and dont relaps when changing channels on your TV. I have bought remotes from this company before and never had any issues. Since I have been introduced to this company for remote control I haven't went anywhere else and remain always to buy from this company. I did not find any instructions for tuning in the remote only user instructions. I now have had a technical person to deal with it and it is now working fully. Thank you for being most co-operative in helping me with details in your email.
