I have bought a Crossflex™ Gym Trainer online on April 25, but until this time I haven’t received my order. I’ve asked a lot of times about it and they always said that “I’ll receive my order soon”, even 6 months later. When I asked for a refund they said that “ Orders are sent directly to our shipping partners who process orders as soon as they receive them and we are charged right away.
Because of this, cancelling orders after placing them is not possible if they have already been processed, packaged or dispatched.”
Do not buy any product from this store.

I got my order 3 months after ordering it I literally used it twice and it broke. I contacted them as soon as it happened. I keep getting the same response from them and it’s all crap. These guys are thieves and are horrible with customer service. I can’t believe they are allowed to be in buisness.

To this date I still haven't received my order that I placed on the 17th June 2019. The people are not even responding to my emails when I request for tracking details since they claimed the parcel has been shipped. These are thieves!

Its been more than a month I have ordered the product and have still not received.
I have been writing mails and following up but there is no response.

It's been over a month and i haven't received any update on the product i ordered. I have come to conclusion that this website is a scam and takes your money. I've been writing e-mails to them non-stop and they don't give a DAMN. They just don't respond anymore and THEY HAVE MY MONEY!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I still have not received my order after months and months and then the email that they have successfully sent my package but i did not receive it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish i would of read the reviews b4 i sent money!!!! BAD BAD BAD!! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!!!

Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. This “company” is terrible. I ordered 23 days ago and my order still hasn’t shipped. I contacted them after 9 days and they said “processing” takes 3-5 days but it’s taking longer because of the high amount of orders. Pathetic. If you order from them, just know you’re not going to get your order.

J'ai commandé la montre galaxie, cela a pris un peut de temps pour la livraison(3 mois) mais comme le message que j'ai reçu(que mon achat arriverais) et bien il est arrivé.
La montre est magnifique, de très bonne qualité, je n'est vraiment rien a redire du produit, je suis très comptant.
Je vais passé un autre commande, pour d'autre couleur.

I ordered a watch from them 2 months ago and I just got it. The watch looks literally nothing like the photos and I dont just mean the quality, which was that of a children's watch, but the actual watch itself doesn't look anything like the product on their site (the galaxy watch). I also tried to leave a review on the product, but big surprise...nothing happened. It didn't get posted and probably never will. I checked their return policy as well, and it only works within 14 days of PURCHASE. How convenient that it took 2 MONTHS for my package to arrive? How is someone supposed to return something they have yet to receive? Also very strange is that the shipping information I had was from China, but the package that arrived was from a town 20 minutes away from me (in Canada)...... anyway, I would not recommend buying from this site as they are clearly scammers and even though you'll get a product..it won't be what you paid for.

Seems some of people who ordered in Renaly were lucky enough to have a reply from them to be patient for the order because in my case no single reply or response from my emails. I ordered watch and its almost 2 months now and it didnt come. Now i am thinking that it is really a scam. So let us be cautious with this kind of scammer. I will report this to UAE to block their site in UAE - Maria-UAE

I ordered 2 products after a Facebook ad on 31 March 2019. They have not arrived and the order number for tracking #25386 does not exist. Seems like a scam.

I will change this review if the products arrive but that seems unlikely.

My card was charged immediately but I never received the product
As they promised 15 days delivery is a big fat lie, I doubt if the tracking number is real.

Never got my order. Someone should report them to the FTC.

I bought a watch from Renaly before I chance upon this page in regards to Renaly being a scam. I am not here to vouch for them but I DID receive my watch. But the issue here is, they ain't being truthful on their time of delivery. It was said that the watch will reach me 2 weeks after purchase, but it took a whole 2 months to reach me (of course i had email exchange with them after the mentioned 2 weeks). I order my watch on Nov 2018 and only to receive it in Jan 2019. Apart from that, the order tracking they provide is not updated at all! I went back to check after my watch arrives then it shows the location of the package.

I sure wish I had come on this site to see the reviews before ordering!!
I ordered a watch from them 6 weeks ago. At first they would send emails telling me to be patient, it was on it's way. They've now stopped responding. I've sent email after email for at least 2 weeks now, from several different email addresses and all go ignored. No watch and no refund....Even the tracking number they sent me was bogus, it never showed anything at all, no real information.
Something should be able to be done to stop these scam artists from continually ripping people off!!!

I ordered an item from them on the first week of November. I had to emailed them to ask abt an update for my package because it was stated I would receive my package within 5-10 business days! Needless to say I’ve tried multiple times for a honest answer about my package. I’ve gotten every exuse in the book! I’ve asked for a simple refund still the same excuse! So here we are exactly a month later and no package!! This company is useless and very dishonest!! Don’t use or trust this company ‘n

My order was placed on 28 Oct. However shipment status was always shown waiting items from shipper. I wrote mails and never got reply. I thought I‘d never get my watch from them, but surprisingly... I got my package today..... item quality is ok and with suitable packing. But the whole experience is still bad. They should really make some improvement on responding system.

I ordered the waist trainer 10/17/18. Today is 12/11/18, still no product and no number to call. Total scam!!!

Renaly is a scam. No item purchased has been delivered. 👿😡👿😡
