3rd time puchase - Lucky everytime!
3rd time we have had our x2 business phones from this retailer and they have been great buys... 50% sale and they last 5+ years.. We only changed as need to upgrade since pre-covid. We usually visit and buy at the shop in Telford but this time we had delivered and hence the reason for the loss of 1star. They use UPS and they are crxp. They provide false delivery dates/times and when you provide an alternate delivery address as the original date changed and i had appointments, they ignore the instruction and leave it in some 3rd world off license 5miles away. All in all it wasn't bad, 2 days delivery total to collection and we didn't pay for next day, just the courier is rubbish and took the shine off a perfect 5/5. However, as for the product and price - Really difficult to beat and fully recommended. As i say we have had now a total of 6 phones and they have all been long lasting solid performance. (Last 2 were Samsung A16's)
SHAMBLES
dropped off a tv for repair that was in warranty on the 29th of November, to be greeted with "whats that" from the youn fair haired lady at the counter. filled out the paperwork and was told i would be contacted within 2-3 days with an update. no contact.
10 days later i contacted them to be told it was unrepairable.
i was then told i was to be delivered a tv last friday, so i took the day off work. no t.v.
whatever you do, do not buy off these people its a shambles of an organisation.

Requested further information on a laptop on 09/11/2025. After 2 emails and a phone call, by 22/11/2025, I still had no answer. Poor customer service.

Purchased a Mobile Phone case which arrived just a few days later. However, it was totally the wrong case and was obviously previously rejected by a past customer because it was sealed with masking tape, and crushed into a ripped box. It seems quality and services for products purchased in uk are getting much worse! Broken Britain!!

I bought a kindle 11th generation
I bought a kindle 11th generation, which is an older version, therefore it was discounted. I read the description thoroughly and it was advertised as a brand new model with no ads. I thought that this is a good opportunity to support a smaller business, rather than buy it directly from amazon. When I received the item though, there was no box, nothing, just the kindle, which had obviously been used before, and to add insult to injury, this item had ads which I had to pay to remove. I reached out to the company, to learn why they had mis advertised this item and I received no response whatsoever. Twice. I would not recommend this company, unless you want to receive something that is completely different to what you ordered. Extremely misleading advertisement of their products and poor customer service.
Product Broken, 3 times.

The third TV arrived and has now broken within 18 months. For an expensive electrical product, this is extremely poor quality. One fault can happen, two starts to raise questions, but three failures in a row is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I have serious doubts about the quality of the products they sell. Avoid.
Good Customer Service
I bought a LG OLED TV 'Grade A' condition that was significantly discounted from recommended retail price. What was reassuring is that the customer service person was always on hand, she dealt with my queries promptly, both by phone and email. Pete J
New TV from Digiland
I ordered a 43in 4k ultra HD Smart TV online and went to collect at the weekend. As mine had damage to the casing, I was offered a display model for an agreed price of £149.99
We had some difficulty removing the stand but got there in the end! It was then packed carefully in the original box for the journey home.
I can't fault the staff. They were polite, helpful and answered all my questions.
I"ve now set up the TV at home and i couldn't be happier with my purchase! Thank you Digiland.
DAMAGED ITEM + POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am absolutely infuriated with my recent experience with Digiland. I ordered a TV from them, and when it finally arrived, it was a complete disaster. The TV was packaged so poorly that the screen was completely damaged. No bubble wrap, sent in a thin box, no styrofoam. What a joke! It's clear that Digiland has no regard for ensuring their products arrive safely to their customers.
To make matters worse, the staff at Digiland were utterly useless and completely unhelpful. When I reached out for assistance for returning the TV, I was met with indifference and no willingness to resolve the issue. To add insult to injury, the initial refund they offered did not even include the £60 shipping cost I had paid. It was incredibly frustrating to be treated with such disregard. I had to go through the hassle of opening a case through PayPal just to get their attention. Only then did they finally respond and address the problem.
This entire ordeal was absolutely unacceptable. No customer should have to fight this hard to get basic support for a damaged product. Be warned, if you're considering buying a TV from Digiland, you might end up experiencing the same nightmare I did. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service is appalling.
Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your electronics needs.
Purchased a 75" 8K- Brilliant service
Purchased a 75" 8K TV last night - emailed at 09:30 next morning to say it was ready to collect.
young lad in the shop this morning 07/09/23 was brilliant in helping me get it into the back of the car nothing was to much of a problem which is great nowadays.. TV is on the wall and doing its thing..
First class service start to finish.

Bought a Samsung 55” TV on 2 June and cannot fault the staff service and product.
Friendliness was excellent as was the technical advice provided. Would not hesitate to buy future products from here and recommend others to visit too. Keep up the great work.

Water Damage Standard Reply
If you could give minus stars I would! The service centre in Wembley never answered any calls and I called over 25 times. They respond to Emails when they want and give you useless advice when you get hold of them. They said that my phone had water damage and when I pointed out the phone a water proof and that I have never put it near any water they wrote back to say that's a standard reply they send to all customers (I have proof of this response). I would never ever use these guys and would recommend that you stay well clear of this lying Arthur Daley outfit.

Really pleased with the item One small quibble was I paid an extra fiver for next day delivery on Sunday and it didn't arrive until Wednesday. The only thing stopping me giving five stars.
