If I could give this company a 0 rating, I would. I ordered 2 items (Christmas gifts) on 20 November and they were finally delivered on 8 January. Initially they actually charged my credit card for more than the order amount, but after a couple emails, they did set this right.

On delivery, one item was not as described in the listing (I would be absolutely mortified to give it as a gift) and the other item was broken.

The company have offered me a £3 GOGW and refused to offer a refund for the items. It got raised to £8 GOGW after a few more emails but I'm now going to have to go through my credit card company for a chargeback, given I spent significantly more than £8. They're saying that there is nothing wrong with the items, despite me sending pictures and quotes from the listing.

Zero stars!!! I ordered 4 pairs of socks for my children for Christmas. I knew would take a long time as was from usa , but i really wish i would of looked for reviews first before ordering. I ordered start of November and received today!! The quality of these items are awful and not worth the money. My youngest would of done a better job making them!! They are ai pictures on display and what you get are nothing like the pictures. Disgusting. I don't hold hope to get refund i can only hope others don't waste their time .

I ordered two angels and two fairy figurines, I got 2 angels flat cheap plastic, and the figurines were 2 flat acrylic things! NOT what was described, it is cheap rubbish, I ordered early dec2025 and it arrived January 2026, but they are not as described on website, a figurine turned out to be flat acrylic and no idea what to do with them! Utter rubbish! Just avoid! It’s an absolute con! NEVER AGAIN

Awful company complete rubbish. Ordered 2 pairs of socks in November. Arrived after Christmas. Appalling quality wouldn’t pay £2 for them
Never mind £13 each on offer!
Customer service trying to rob me off with £3 compensation.
Backwards and forwards. Will raise with credit card now as terrible service. Their guarantee is worth nothing !!

I ordered the item in November and am still waiting for delivery. I have emailed the company again and I just get told be patient !
I wish I had looked on Trust pilot first and I definitely would not have ordered from this so called company !

DO NOT USE this company they are absolute scammers. Ordered a christmas present on 18th November and still nothing has arrived. Everytime I chase them they say please be patient its on its way - clearly it's not. They also took more money from my bank than the cost on the order, I have reported to my bank and I'm awaiting a chargeback. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Waited over a month for two pairs of socks. One pair had two tears in it and the quality is terrible. Do not buy from this seller

I ordered Forget me not Angels on the 13th Dec just received them on 29th Dec . The Angels look nothing like what I ordered there that bad am just going to put them in the bin. I will never order from this company again. I should have checked on here first there is not 1 review that is gd , wasted money again can't believe this company is getting away with this 😡

Why o why didn’t I look here first! I normally do when it’s China but this was the US so I thought it would be okay. Ordered on December 4th - nothing bulky- envelope size- still waiting. Initially they said I hadn’t ordered anything until I produced my order number and tracking email and then lo and behold it was on its way…I was correct. Let’s be honest here and give them a wide berth. If they try to say you’ve not ordered anything you should probably wish you hadn’t. I will be going for a full refund as Christmas is long gone.

Shipped to wrong address (if it even shippd). But don't know how they got that address as I never used it with Apple Pay. Smell a scam.

Order christmas presents 10 weeks and still don't have them after Christmas. They also won't send me a refund because the items are on the way. Told them I don't want them anymore and want my money back. They will not acknowledge my refund just keep deflecting from it and talking about the delivery. Very bad service.

My mum has been scammed. She thought she was assured with paypal but they have made a fake paypal screen and provided a tracking number that was from before she ordered!

Five weeks in and still no item. From looking at other reviews, the items they sell, if and when they arrive are substandard anyway. They need reporting.
Asked to receive a full refund and a returns label to return the now unwanted item and they waffle and refuse.
Can’t understand how companies like this haven’t been shut down.
They just keep telling me to be patient, I just want my money back. Slightly suspect how the tracking says delivered to customs in UK, then next that it is in Belfast! Hoping to get a refund soon…

Ordered 11th November. 4 Christmas gifts. Did not arrive. All I'm getting is replies to say "be patient". Refusing refund. Large amount of money lost and had to buy alternative gifts elsewhere.
