Needed a physical sim sent out, spoke to a guy called thomas who answered very quickly and was polite, helpful and quick at replying, answered all my questions that i had, would highly recommend 👌👍

It’s very refreshing to be able to talk to a human and not a chat bot that takes you round in circles! Thomas’ communication was speedy, thorough and friendly. He didn't hesitate to jump on a phone call to answer my questions and was very knowledgable, honest and helpful. I’m very happy with both the product and the customer service.

I decided to switch providers as unfortunately my indoor signal is not the best. Rewild helped me set up the new SIM - Thomas was very helpful and attentive to the situation as I needed a physical SIM card and nothing was a problem for him, so thank you.

The only thing I was a little disappointed in was paying for a whole month I didn't use, as I joined right at the end of April and paid immediately. I was then waiting for a physical SIM to arrive (I didn't activate the eSIM in my phone, hence why I was contacted incase I was having any issues). By the time I received the SIM I had paid for two months already.

Since this issue, I have received a partial refund on this so that is appreciated. The customer service is very good in comparison to a lot of other mobile providers and they listen to any issues.

It took a while but Thomas was able to untangle what ever was going on with my new sim. He guided me every step of the time and made everything simpler. I am pleased with the help I got and now I can make calls.

(edit) I have checked their website and they have very quickly updated it. I respect that they have admitted their mistake and changed the website so quickly. I also like the nature projects they are supporting. So I have updated my score.

They falsely advertise that 20GB of roaming data is included. But when you try to switch on roaming data they tell you it costs £2.95 per day. It is obviously not included if you are paying per day for it.
Their website is also terrible. Half the buttons in your dashboard don't work, you can't see your plan details, and there is no option to cancel. I am currently waiting on their customer service getting back to me to tell me how.

Thomas was really helpful and talked me through what I needed to do in order to get my sim up and running and done all of this on a Sunday evening! Overall the service couldn't had been any quicker or made simpler.

Found through Compare the Market as one of the best deals for unlimited data, and took a chance on a smaller provider.

I didn't initially realise that you had to request a physical SIM directly, and this arrived stuck on the round end of a bamboo pencil, which looked weird. (Apparently this is because manufacturing a bamboo pencil is more eco-friendly than sticking it to a bit of cardboard).

Initially had issues getting the SIM to work, (but it turns out this was because my smartphone is outdated). Managed to get through to instant chat on the website immediately, at 9pm. I thought that this was AI initially, but no, it was an actual human, who was incredibly patient at working through the setup. Thanks Thomas!

Would 100% recommend to others, for the service alone. The ethics of the company are very much an added bonus.

I found Rewild on another SIM only deal website offering 12-month no price rise contract for unlimited data at 15.25/month.
Excellent customer service/ communication (from Thomas and Umar), 5g signal most of time, default e-SIM but physical SIM can be sent on request.
