Dishwasher still not working
Dishwasher still not working, error code coming up as it continuously drains out the water inside. Requested another company to fix my dishwasher with domestic and general, as RGB have failed to sort the problem after 3 separate visits.

New scratched tv
Company delivered a new tv to me. It was left in the box for 3 weeks to get put in wall. Once out there was not a screen protector on it and it was scratched. Got told it was too late to exchange due to time limit and it’s my word against theirs about screen protector. They didn’t say to check it within 48 hours. Wouldn’t recommend company to anyone

I was very pleased. Very nice television for a very good price. The carrier they used were excellent and the people on the phone were helpful when I couldn't work out how to register for a 5 year warranty.

Try sub contracting to a better delivery firm
Try sub contracting to a delivery company who looks after customers property . Even though i paid for delivery and informed them there’s 1 set of steps to bring the washing machine first when delivery guys arrived they weren’t happy about quite obvious from their expression on their faces and their attitude then damaged my property in 3 different places and trying to resolve the issue as offer they made is an insult.
