From our very first interaction, working with Julie to write our wills was an outstanding experience. She was incredibly understanding, kind and thoroughly professional throughout the entire process. Every detail was explained with absolute clarity, which gave us complete peace of mind.
Julie was more than happy to patiently go through every aspect of the documents with us to ensure we were entirely comfortable. Furthermore, because we had recently moved to York and have no family or friends nearby yet, we were stuck without witnesses at the time of signing and kindly let us know we were able to use their firm for them to act as witnesses which was a major relief.

Extremely Disappointing. Find and alternative
I am extremely disappointed by the continued lack of communication, continuity, and progress from your firm. Unfortunately, this reflects the same poor service I experienced when purchasing my property, when it was consistently difficult to obtain clear and timely responses by either telephone or email.
Your firm was quick to accept my payment of £300, which I made in good faith so that a solicitor could review the facts of my case and advise me on pursuing legal action against the sellers of the property. However, the service I have paid for has still not been provided, and your ongoing delays are preventing me from progressing the matter and may be causing me further financial loss.
I have already made a formal complaint about the service provided by your firm. I do not wish to repeat that process, but I will submit a further complaint and escalate the matter if it is not resolved promptly.
Please confirm, without further delay:
• who is responsible for handling the recovery of my file.
• what work has been completed to date.
• the exact date by which I will receive the service I paid for.
I expect a clear response and a firm resolution timescale. If this matter is not resolved shortly, I will consider the available options for escalating my complaint and recovering any losses arising from the delay.
The last email I got said I would get by the end of the day or early the next morning that was 2 days ago and still no responce
