Ordered a male skimmia. Arrived well packed and good healthy plant.

Since arrival the plant has died. In addition there were no growing advice with it such as positioning, watering and so on. There wasn't even a label of its name. I know this but still......

Plant arrived promptly and in good condition.

The plants arrived damaged and had to be returned!
Very disappointing

Plants delivered in great condition and all in recyclable packaging. Perfect.

The box was NOT delivered by Royal Mail but a poor firm who did not knock on the door, did not put through a note, and dumped the package on the doorstep. We live in a street with many pedestrians walking through daily. By chance we found.

Not highly sceptical about buying any further plant/ bulb if a driver cannot even knock on a door but just into dumping for local theft.

I haven't used the RHS before to purchase plants but I will buy from them again. Everything I ordered arrived within 2 days, I was kept informed by text when they would arrive and the name of the delivery service. The plants were well wrapped and protected and looked healthy. The dahlias arrived first in bags,I have planted those so will have to wait for flowering. I am very happy with the service, thank you.

RHS plants are always very good stock - they come often small but with extensive routes and then develop into fine plants if placed in a good position.
Transport and packaging is excellent.

Plants arrived on time great quality as well.

Prompt delivery

Delivery was a farce. Three different RHS customer services reps gave me different versions of when (or if) I would have a timeslot for delivery. In the end there was no indication of when my item would arrive on my 'paid for day', and in reality the delivery company didn't even ring the doorbell but hurled my item onto the ground outside the front door – splitting the packaging. I am still to discover if there are missing or damaged parts.

The plant was an excellent size in excellent condition and arrived promptly. It wasn’t cheap but then one gets what one pays for.

Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, which is basically well-cared-for plants which arrive in the same condition they were shipped in (take note Sutton and Thompson and Thompson (same company) All six plants were superbly protected and healthy. They are now in the garden doing what plants do best.
