When I called to see if the item I wanted was available the chap I spoke to was super helpful and also when I went to pick it up. Very knowledgeable and it was a great price.
Can't beat the 6-year warranty either.

Joe at the Bristol branch was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a tv and soundbar at a very competitive price. It was great to see all the televisions showing the same images so a genuine comparison was possible.

I ordered my new amp and CD player and they arrived as scheduled. Very happy with price and service from very helpful staff. Had a slight technical problem which was quickly sorted over the phone seems I was pressing the wrong button on one of the remotes. Nice to know there is always someone to help. I first spoke with a young man called Jo over the phone who was really helpful, NO hard sell’s pressure I told him moving house had wiped my bank balance out so he did his best to recommend the best deal for £600

I will be back in January to buy that TV that’s over 3 grand. The one I’m waiting for can then go in my bedroom.
The hard sell doesn’t work in a be long run, understanding is what gets customers returning. I would have given 5 stars but waiting to see if my delivery is also good

Always an excellent service from Richer Sounds from buying small items to an 85 inch tv which I have just had installed . I Always feel they treat customers in a personal friendly way and James who wall mounted my tv was from start to finish was fantastic

Great customer service, simple order process and item arrived quickly at the store for collection - and to top it off, was a great price - why would you want to shop anywhere else for a new TV?? The staff here are personal, and understand the products they sell.

I requested a demonstration of a new amplifier and CD player and was pleased to find that it was all set up ready to go when I arrived.
I was impressed by the dedicated room for listening to the equipment. I was given as much time as I needed and never felt pressured to make a decision. I ended up purchasing both pieces of equipment and am very happy with them.
Special mention to Noah who was very helpful and informative.

From one phone call to check stock of item which wasnt in store staff organised a delivery which i recieved within 24 hrs also at a discounted price . Quality products , very helpful staff , very good prices
