In store the customer rep courteous. polite knowledgeable .

Fair price , not hurried , no upsell , free delivery and guy ( dep manager ) who served us

From the start of my request for a return and a refund I was treated with great professionalism

I had constant contact from Customer Service and my return was made easy.

Ordering was easy, receiver arrived the next day. Was easy to set up and sounds good.

Had to change a TV mount, very helpful.

Staff were extremely helpful very friendly

Assistant was not "pushy", listened to what I had to say and explained things in full.

I was looking to upgrade my projector but noticed the ones I was looking at there were only a few available, and in stores and no where near me. Assumed I was out of luck, but thought I would call the sales team and ask. Glad I did as they had one in the warehouse that was open box and they did me a great deal on it. So if in doubt, pick the phone up.

Matt was very helpful , as was Jerome . I was given different options on what to buy . Also Matt arranged a demo of the hi fi . I must add , I was outside before opening hours , but Matt let me in and arranged the demo . So very helpful and excellent customer service. I had a problem with connection . Again Matt helped me and fixed the problem . I can highly recommend Matt and his customer service . Five star review . Thanks again Matt.
