Have ordered from Richer Sounds for the past four years and have found them excellent. The website is clean and easy to navigate and find what you need. Prices are low and competitive. Almost always deals with money off coupon and bundles. Products are despatched quickly and available to collect at my local branch in Bromley.

Staff at Bromley are professional and courteous. Very helpful. Will continue to order and buy from RicherSounds for my future AV needs.

This time I ordered inline to collect next day at the shop. Was a little concerned when DPD said the shop wasn’t open to deliver it but they came back and I got the call from Paul just as I was about to finish work for the day to go home and was only 50 yards away!

Matt set up the Audiolab 6000CDT. Which I listened to. He wasn't able to let me listen to the Audiolab7000CDT. So I went to the London Bridge store to hear that. Because of the extra inputs I decided on the Audiolab 7000CDT.

They order the wrong speakers had to take the the shop, and they wouldn't order the new speakers until took the other ones back and the other one is on a repair to a speaker which is still under guarantee its taking to long
