The customer service complete with friendly and helpful advice is why I prefer to shop at the Richer Sounds - Cambridge branch.
The staff are very professional and knowledgeable so that I know any questions I have will always be answered accurately.
My most recent purchase in November was a Mitchell and Brown TV JB-24DVD1811ST and this fulfilled all my needs as a TV to wall-mount in my bedroom. As advertised, the picture quality is excellent!

I went into the Cambridge store to buy E11C in ear headphones and made my purchase. All perfectly straightforward. Thank you. I’m ready to upgrade my TV options so I sought and easily achieved a conversation on what’s the latest popular size of TV screen, options on siting, size of support table, stands etc. I’m inexperienced in this regard but was treated with respect and good humour, obviously an appropriate two way exchange on the humour. A pleasant experience in my day and I made a promise to return in the early New Year to arrange a purchase. I will be doing that and look forward to it.

The staff at the Cambridge shop were really helpful and helped me choose my new speakers. They assisted in the set up both on the phone and in the store with my turntable. Friendly and a really good service all round. Thank you.

Visited on a Sunday to replace a failing TV, ideally with something with a better picture clarity. Was in and out in 20 minutes, all questions answered and with what has turned out to be a vastly improved TV for Christmas. Bravo!
