My tv gave up the ghost fortunately with 6 months out of a 6 yr warranty remaining. They fully honoured the warranty and sent it off for repair. A week later I collected the fully repaired tv but on set up I found the screen damaged obviously impact damage confirmed by the damaged carton. They agreed to replace it with the updated model at no charge. I can only describe the staff who dealt with the situation as truly exceptional.I cannot praise this company highly enough.

They opened the shop 30 minutes for us and were met by Joe at the Chester branch. His knowledge was unbelievable and in a non pushy way guided us to our purchase. First time to Richer Sounds but it’ll be my first port of call in future

The service I received from not one but four separate shops was fantastic . I wanted an item that was unavailable from website however there was limited items in the shop network . My local shop gave me the numbers of three others who might have the item. All answered phone immediately and looked for item even calling me back when needed. Eventually the fourth shop (Chester )found a single remaining stock it arrived next day after they caught the last van before bank holiday. Fantastic all round effort

Richer Sounds in Chester are my go to for anything AV. Great prices (better than internet) but can actually speak to someone and get advice. Delivery next day as well. Really can't fault them in any way.

Adam provided an indepth knowledge of the TV products which helped decide which one to purchase.
Upon purchase, we were asked what day would be best for delivery which they were able to facilitate. A day before we were sent a 3 hour delivery window which the product arrived within and the delivery people were polite and carried the product in the house with care. The product was well packaged when delivered. We got a call 30 minutes after delivery to double check that delivery had taken place and the packaging wasn't damaged. The process was easy and the customer service was excellent! It is clear that this company focus on every aspect of the customer experience. I was very impressed and will be a repeat customer. We bought our old LG OLEV TV from Richer Sounds many years ago because they offered a 5 year warranty. We had a screen burn problem which they helped resolve under their warranty together with LG who recognised there was a problem with their oled screens burning. When it came to upgrading to a larger screen size Richer Sounds was our "goto" choice. We shopped around for the best deal on the TV we wanted and Richer Sounds not only matched the best price we found but offered a great total package that included a projector and a 4K Freeview box! The service was great, delivery prompt and on the 2 or 3 occasions I phoned the Chester store with queries, they phoned back when they said they would. The sales assistant, Adam, was really helpful, friendly and courteous and made us feel like a valued customer and that they appreciated our repeat business. I can't fault their service and can't recommend them highly enough. In this day and age of online shopping it's rare to receive such a quality personal service. Keep up the good work!

I have used Richer Sounds on many occasions, recently I bought a pair of shelf speaks, the first product I bought were actually too big for the space I had, I returned them to the shop and they were immediately changed without question for a alternative. I also had an issue with my new turntable where the belt snapped after several uses, I phoned up and a replacement was ordered for me to be sent directly to my home. Would definitely use Richer Sounds in the future
