Wanted some noise cancelling headphones for a long haul flight that would link with plane via Bluetooth or wired. Richard sorted me out with a pair that should do the job and not at a silly price.

Levi at Leicester was just brilliant. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic and listened to exactly what I was trying to achieve. Have got it home and it sounds *awesome*. He also stopped my friend spending money on kit he didn’t need. How refreshing! But cannot recommend these guys highly enough 🙌🦾

Smooth transaction, and friendly helpful staff. The whole experience of buying my television from Richer Sounds in Leicester was hassle and stress free. After being trapped in a vicious circle with major high street retailer, I had by a stroke of luck managed to break free of having to constantly use them. I headed straight to Richer Sounds to deal with a human being who was super helpful and accommodating. The whole process was smooth and just so stress free. I received the same impeccable service from the friendly and highly experienced staff, with special thanks (but not exclusively) to James. The ordering process was made easy and delivery was arranged for the following day through DPD. I honestly cannot fault this company.

I cannot praise the staff at the Leicester branch enough. When I received a home delivery of a faulty piece of kit, they arranged for a replacement unit to be delivered to the store the next day for me to pick up.
