Richer Sounds - London Bridge Bewertungen

Get all my televisions from these guys and Robin Asskolum is always very helpful

Very pleased with customer service. Delivery also very good. On time. Product. Ruark sub. Love it. So we'll done Richer Sounds. Will be shopping with you again.

I love going into richer sounds. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. And they don't try "hard sell". They help me to choose the right equipment and make sure they are selling it at the most competitive price, My "go to" store for Hi Fi and Home Cinema equipment. Particularly impressed with Alex at the London Bridge store - he was a great help with my most recent purchases

The experience was great, they didn’t have the speaker I wanted in stock so was able to order and collect the next day. The staff were really friendly

I bought a new Amplifier and CD Player from the London Bridge Store. Malik was very friendly and knowledgeable and he helped me to choose the right devices for my needs. The kit was delivered quickly and I am extremely pleased with them.

Brilliant advice, gave me a good deal and replaced an item that had arrived faulty within 24 hours. Don't buy AV equipment from anywhere else.

Friendly service.

Great advice, excellent customer service, products arrived on time

Great customer service from Robin at London Bridge, helpful patient and courteous. Thanks robin

Great service from the guys at Richer Sounds. Will be back soon for the Soundbar!

I thought the salesperson’s advice was useful. I thought I was offered a good deal. I appreciated the quick delivery time.

The one time is felt I needed more help was setting up my TV and sound bar. How should I get the best picture/sound? I think YouTube instructional videos, made by Richer Sounds, would fill this gap.

Your staff were Very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought exactly what I intended and some nice speaker's! When the first amp went wrong they sorted it straight away and delivered a new amp which is working perfectly. Thanks

Salesman made me feel welcome, and I didn't have to scrabble for a good discount. The additional returning customer discount was an added bonus.
Delivery was quick and straightforward.
The 6 year guarantee is always reassuring!

I am very satisfied with this little store in London..

everyone working was very kind we were even gifted free umbrellas

Easy shopping experience, ordered a new turntable which I collected from the London Bridge store, excellent staff, friendly and helpful

I really loved being able to come there myself and showcase the headphones, it was a great experience and the staff there were lovely.Furthermore the place was very authentic I could tell they had a real love for not just music mixing and production but also listening as well

Purchase of my Sony Blu Ray was very straightforward and the staff were efficient and the product arrived the next day as advised for me to collect.
My only comment was that I wasn’t able to collect the product the next day as the London Bridge store was busy and staff were dealing with other customers. I collected the following day.

Great service from staff, especially Robin.
Received 85inch TV the next day!
Thank you and will be using again.
