Great price and great service, would buy again from them in future.

Got TV at best price I could find. Chap I spoke to even chucked in next day delivery to me for free plus a further £10 off. No issues with TV. Only issue was the promised free next day delivery did not happen as had not been booked. So got TV 3 days later. Wasn't a big issue as had been prepared to wait anyway but did expect it next day & waited in all for it but it didn't arrive. Hence the 4 stars & not 5.

Fantastic service - ordered Saturday, delivered and ready to collect in store Monday!
Always good reliable service!

Terry's a legend!

Very helpful team . They were able to source the product by next day collection.

Bought some equipment for my brother and received excellent help from the Team.

Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service - Robin is a star!

Great service. Great products

Great experience purchasing my Kann Ultra ..arrived in store a day early and the shop were quick in letting me know. Very efficient thank you

I could not access my online account with Richer Sounds to purchase a new LG OLED. Cloudflare on trying to enter kept reverting back to the start of the process. I therefore used the telephone system and London Bridge took my order and delivered on the 27th January, three days after receipt of stock.
Many thanks Malik.
The account problem was successfully resolved by Tom (Customer Services Manager) and his team.
Tom took the time and the trouble to call me on a number of occasions which I really appreciated.
I found out that the company had renewed their online customer accounts in 2024 and I had to re-register my account. To do this one of the team suggested Cloudflare may work if I cleared cookies. By allowing cookies as a one time event I was able to re-register my account.
Many thanks Tom and your team.
They are passionate about providing a really good service.
The TV is, so far, a work in progress as I find out about how to use the new features.

Exceptional sales service very helpful

Hopeful and smooth.

Helpful knowledgeable staff with an extensive track record of offering great prices and customer service. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and am always happy with my experience.

Very helpful staff. Crispy clear speaker options

Bought a record player for a friend here, the staff were very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect gift.

The record player itself works great and my friend has been really enjoying it.

As someone who has loved high quality Hi-Fi and the respective listening experience, I have been a Richer Sounds shopper, for nearly as long as the brand has existed.

This trip started with pointing out to my companion, the site of the original store, London Bridge walk.

We were warmly welcomed for my collection of a Pioneer PLX 500 turntable (my first for over 20 years).

With Alex facilitating a request to use the demo room, allowing my 9-year old niece to spin her first piece of vinyl! She was enthralled by both the listening experience and “green” circle of vinyl, confirming that she loved the tune and sound.

Alex very kindly created a handle for the journey and we took the long and “heavy” route home, jointly setting up the new deck and playing another “first” disc!

I have since added a new dedicated Phono board to my Arcam A22 and whilst reviews vary, I am personally enjoying great balanced sound, with decent low bass weight at low volume levels. Also not detecting any rumble, which was one of the risks of going from belt to direct drive.

My niece enthusiastically confirmed that yes, she would like my older player, a maintained Project Debut (new cartridge, belt and anti-skate weight). Given I bought her the RSD 4x coloured vinyl issue of Oasis’ Time Flies, I believe I know what her first listen will be!

Big thank you to Alex and the team, for making a simple collection, a very memorable experience…with some good advice in the real secondhand value of my Arcam A22 DAVE. You have gained a new younger Richer Sounds fan and kept the loyalty of a much an older one!

Great service and great price
