The first two tvs were broke in…
The first two tvs were broke in transit, they dealt with the issues quickly and efficiently and had the third tv delivered all in a matter of three days for an issue that was out of there control.
I have used the maidstone brach many times over the years and are happy with their pricing and service.

Very friendly and competent phone call…
Very friendly and competent phone call with Steve in Maidstone.
The only problem I had is when I had to pay the platform used by Richer Sounds didn't work so I had to make another attempt with anpoher bank.
Delivery was very promptly in less than a week I had my Yamaha amplifier.

Steve made it happen, took us through the options, steered us to anti glare which was a great bit of advice. Got is a great deal and we had no messing about with additional coatings on delivery etc which is much better service than other companies.

Great sounding Denon soundbar
Bought this Denon soundbar to upgrade my previous one. Manager at local store price matched the soundbar I was after online. Picked up and paid for a week later with added discount. Easy to setup and sound is superb with subwoofer for added bass. Excellent sound and value with 6 year warranty too. Highly recommended!
