I visited the Plymouth store on a Tuesday where Jamie gave me a lot of help in choosing the right tv. The following day I phoned the store and ordered via Josh.
Despite not paying for express delivery the set was delivered on the Thursday.
This is the second tv I have purchased from the Plymouth store recently and on both occasions I have had brilliant service. I really appreciate being able to speak to someone knowledgeable face to face.

I try to buy from Richer Sounds if I can, but I thought that I would have to get from another retailer. I wanted a new 55 inch Samsung TV, but it was cheaper elsewhere. I rang the Plymouth shop and spoke to Ben who came up with a lower price so I quickly said yes. TV delivered a few days later and I'm very pleased with it. Thank you Ben!

I ordered some speakers on Monday, they were delivered on Wednesday by DPD . They look and sound great even though they’re only connected to an old Denon DM37 . Five star service from Richer Sounds and DPD .

Superb service. Knew all the answers I needed to make a purchase of a LG C5 55" TV on the phone. Arrived at the shop, in Plymouth, and left literally 5 minutes later having purchased exactly what I wanted. TV arrived the following day. Courier was polite, helpful and had the TV connected to the LG SC9S soundbar/stand and watching it within 15 minutes of it being delivered. Awesome service would highly recommend.

I visited the Plymouth branch as a first time customer seeking advice on sub woofers for my sound system. Great customer service. Called the telesales number and spoke to a very helpful guy at the Plymouth store I think it was. The tv I wanted was not in stock and he advised me on a very similar model which was cheaper. I bought the model he advised and am very happy with the price and the tv. Delivery was next day. The delivery guys were very helpful. All round positive experience and the best price for a tv I have found. Would recommend. I will defuse them again in the future.

Polite, well informed, friendly, helpful staff who clearly enjoy their work. Competitively priced quality product making this store my one stop shop for my AV requirements. Only suggestion for the future is more predictive training as they can”t guess what I need when I walk in 100% of the time.
