I spoke to someone at the Preston office, I think he was called Matt. I told him what I was after and we had a video call so he could see the space where the TV was going. After asking all the right questions, he recommended a product to me and it arrived the next day. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great service. The manager came out to give us advice on the surround sound system and provided different options to suit our budget. Also recommended an all in on one soundbar that was in the clearance for another room, and it is great too. Staff and service were excellent overall, and the cinema system was delivered on time. It's now set up and is working really well. A huge improvement on what was there before.
