Great price, on time, and we got thing move out our 2 homes into one. Very friendly.

When I booked with Rio Moving I was under the impression that they were a MOVING COMPANY. What they do is contract out jobs to actual moving companies... so then what is the point of this business other than acting as a greedy middle man?? Swain Moving, the actual moving company that came, was incredible. If this review was for them, I would be leaving 5 stars. Rio Moving company feels like a scam and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this "service". You are better off booking with a moving company directly. Rio Moving will hound you with Zelle requests and then after the move is completed they will hound you to leave reviews.

Everyone was so very nice , Mrs Agnes. Mr Nick both were so very helpful and the movers were very helpful and sufficient!!

There is misleading information in the value of the deal. This is a national company with a coupon catch that then hires local guys and rent a uhual truck. For the $299 they sent a 10 foot truck.

The contracting phase with Rio and the local subcontractor is stressful and you pay everything upfront in an unclear way of what you get. you basically commit a contract that covers them.

The local movers showed up with a tiny uhaul and saying they can do multiple trips if needed. The Rio representative explains that extra hours are $150/hr.

Very uncertain experience. We ended up loading the big items and finishing the move latter on with a pick up truck.

They were polite.

From start to finish my experience was wonderful. Everyone i worked with was very professional and helpful. The price was the best around. The movers were friendly and wonderful. Got the job done quickly.

This Company from Day 1 was Professional and Transparent about their Work Ethics. I really Appreciate the Support that the Representative “Tammy was persistent with the Whole Arrangement and how she was such a Team Leader while she constantly Checked on me while I Traveled alone on the Highway with my Household Items. I had an Incident with my Dolly carrying my vehicle and needed Roadside Assistance while waiting for nearly 3 hours for them to show up I was Stuck in the Truck in the Heat from the Weather she Made sure to check on me the whole 3 hours making sure Me and my 2 Chihuahua’s were OK, that meant a lot to me because I was alone and scared , it had been over 14 Years since I Drove that far by myself. I picked the Right Company to Assist me with my Move because Edgar and Partner went above and beyond what was Expected of them. I would surely Recommend this Company with Family and Friends for Arrangements for Cross Country Moves they Assist with Loading, Unloading as well Packing if needed and Unpacking, Assembly of your Items. I could have never done this Move without them. May God continue Blessing this Company for they were HEAVEN SENT!

Top tier movers! Fast, transparent and careful - could not have had a better experience!!

Had a great experience. The movers were on time and quick in wrapping the heavy stuffs. Then they reached destination home on time as well and unloaded everything as requested carefully.

Scheduled a pick up time only to be called 45 mins before they were gonna be late to be told it was gonna be a 4 hour delay. They weren’t going to compensate in any way of possibly an extra hour for free or some kind of discount. Even tried to say I wasn’t going to get a refund. After going. And and forth for 20 mins they granted a refund.

I've used this company for the second time and the experience was just as good (if not better) than the first time. Truly appreciate the honesty and attentiveness provided in what could have been a stressful process. Thank you Rio for assisting me with my move and making sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. Recommend anyone to utilize Rio as I will in the future.

The service here was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had! Two movers, whose names I can’t recall, arrived promptly and demonstrated exceptional professionalism. They were incredibly fast, meticulous, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process. They managed to complete three bedrooms, living room, and the kitchen well before the two hour deadline. Interestingly, they arrived after our cable installation and departed before the cable was fully completed. Perhaps the cable company could learn a thing or two from these two movers. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them in the future.
