Excellent ordering communication and delivery. Products exactly as described and packaged well. Would highly recommend

great shipping. nice items though wish every item came in display box as prices are high, so should be lowered if items aren't in display box as items just look secondhand

Superb product range and amazing, personal, caring service from an extremely dedicated small business. Highly recommend, I wouldn't shop anywhere else for this kind of purchase.

Needed items delivered next day due to being let down by another company. Spoke to someone at Risus, placed the order, they processed the order straight away and got my items sent out. Items arrived next day and were perfect. Wonderful customer service, really saved the day! Will definitely recommend and use again!

The delivery was quick, seamless. Two of the products we ordered have been bursting when then kids are playing with them so we had to stop selling them which has meant we’ve lost money on those - really disappointed as it’s always been greasy in the past.

Could not have asked for better service. Ordered well over £300 worth of items for our school fayre, late in the day on Thursday. They arrived on Sunday , all well packed and everything correct! A rarity sometimes these days. Thanks Vicky 😁

Always quality items and very quickly delivered. Would highly recommend this company

An excellent top notch service from Risus. We ordered squishys for a summer fayre at a school pretty last minute!! We emailed to check if they would arrive in time, had an immediate response to confirm they could, delivered within 48 hours!! Exceptional communication too, would highly recomend !!

Wonderful products, quick delivery and fantastically responsive customer service. I needed to check delivery times and the team got back to me ridiculously quickly. Will definitely be buying again and can highly recommend.

Great communication from the company. Great shipping and excellent products that the kids loved. 10/10 would recommend.

Have used this company a couple of times for school fair prizes and would use again. Always good stuff and no problems with the delivery. Would recommend for supplies for school fundraising events.

Quality goods delivered in super quick time...packaged securely and intimate top condition.

I can’t fault the service from Risus. Items are good quality and arrive promptly.

Excellent prices and fast delivery! Order was as expected and packaged well thank you.

This is our third year of using Risus for our summer fair. This year, I placed one order for prizes for our summer fair and was really pleased with the quality. When we realised the weather was going to be ideal and that people were going to hang out at the BBQ and Bar, we ordered more. I was concerned they weren't going to arrive in time but I dropped them an email and I received a response in less than 10 minutes assuring me that they would. Excellent customer service and the children loved the different prizes we had on offer. Would highly recommend.

Purchased prizes to use at our Summer Fete - Items were reasonably priced, and received very quickly - thank you!
