Excellent session. Prepared me well for exam.

I've been training with Robust IT for almost a year now, for a 2 year bundle of five courses to get into the working world of cyber security. All I did was attend a free seminar and then I was hooked!

There's been occasional 'reminder' emails and texts asking how I'm getting on with courses which is a nice nudge if you're procrastinating, and not felt like pressure to continue.

The team has been available over email whenever I've had a query or feedback, no doubt over the phone too but I've not tried to call. They've offered drop-ins if there's any time I'm struggling and want to talk through some material (not taken advantage of this yet, but I likely will), and the speed in which I've gotten exam vouchers through has been on time each time.

There's been a couple bits of course material that appear to be an error or out of date, but with technology being a constant rapidly moving field, there will always be some crossover with changes and updates. Since starting, the course material layout improved when it came to the mock exams, so it is evident that they are looking to continuously improve.

Many thanks Robust IT and I look forward to the next year of studying, and hopefully beyond that also.

I have had great experience so far, from navigating course in porta, the studying materials and the mocks; all have been great tools in building my confidence to take and pass my examination.

Mr. Fred explained and answered all the questions I had about AZ-900, really very precise with great understanding of cloud engineering.

Fredrick is very clear and has an easy method of explaing the course work so it is relateable which helps me visually understand, as a hands on learner this has been a little confusing at times to make sense of how it all ties together.

Both Liam and Sean explained things in detail, and answered my questions concerning the course.

in my dealings with robust it at the beginning of courses i have found all the staff to be particularly helpful, i will give 5*'s to Lee Barnett who i signed up with, Jack H who has been very helpful at getting mocks and exams booked and Sean Cooper who has given support when required.
