Last year I have taken AMC for my Aqua guard (RO/UV) from RO Care India. whenever I call for the service of my RO, they always take one week and more to come. and for the last 15 days I am continously calling for the serice and they daily saying today or tomorrow the person will come. But today after spending so many the days they are saying that the AMC has to be renewed then sercice will be done. Only 3 services have been done during the year. I think, I have watsed my money on the same. I will writing to this complaint to Acqua Guard also to look into the matter. Worst service and worst people. and also sharing this to all social media.

RO Care India cheated me. I called for water purifier service and charged me Rs. 6700/- and not completed service. Their representative absconded. Thae same was informed through mail and many calls. No one was responded. They are cheaters. Please dont believe this fellows.

Worst service ever. They have come and checked and fitted it back and no water is coming. And now no1 is taking onus of faulty service

Worst service being delivered by RO Care. They never call to follow up for the due services under AMC plan and once the AMC duration gets over, they rudely deny for the pending services under the AMC plan.
This company should be sacked and legal action to be taken against the owners.

Booked for LG RO water purifier for service but when they came to home then they have just opened the filter and changed to new filter which was given by me only. When I asked him (Aryan) that while booking there is mentioned to clean the tank as well so he said its not needed. I said its included in the service amount but he refused and forcing me to change all filters and get the AMC. Its fraud.

Worst service in kolkata . They came to fix my aqua guard. And broke it. Didn’t take ownership and asking more money to fix. Worst service ever I faced. Will not recommend to anyone. Don’t hire them.

These people are the biggest scammers who plays with people's life and health. I request not to trust this people. They have sent a technician who is not even having any knowledge and who also faked his identity by telling some local authorised service provider name and address.
We booked a service last year to change the water purifier candles. This technician pretended to change the candles and also said there is some problem with the indication light and removed the connection to it. Later he gave connection directly to the inlet tap and left. We blindly trusted him and drank the water for some days. All my family members started having continuous cough cold and throat infections. We contacted him to come and check the water quality. He said he will and never turned up. He also switched off his phone. We later contacted another authorised local service provider and then came to know what he has done.
We went to the address which he has shared but came to know that he doesn't belongs to that shop. His name is also fake.

I am writing this only to let ppl know about such scammers who go to any extent and play with people's health.

They are the biggest fraud in the market..I request everyone never ever buy a product or take a service from them. They will take your hard earned money after that they are least bothered.. Everytime they will tell you it will be done.. Customer service worst in the market. They deserve a negative ratings.

I booked filter service from R.O care India.. there was some leakage from the filter.. Even after changing the filter the problem was not resolved.. new booking has to be done and then the issue resolved..
The second time experience was worst then the first one.. I asked the technician ( Harish Chander) if he can fit the geyser he said yes but he did not have any idea and he was not able to fit the geyser and the geyser did not even worked after installation .. even the fitting was loose which was later discovered after the person from company came to see the geyser.. The technicians from RO CARE are not at all eligible and good at work.. Kindly do not book them ever again..I am sharing this review after dealing with them twice.. they are providing poor service..

Wish they had negative count. Worst experience even after taking AMC for 2 yrs. They also acknowledged that I have AMC but still they are not doing water filter change. So far 1 1/2 weeks and I have made 50 calls taking to different representative as well as the area lead manager. Pathetic!!!no response. Moreover the MD of this company has got customer service award for year 2021. This is how they treat customers with AMC.

Thank you for the prompt reply after a long time. I don’t have the ticket ID at hand as you see it’s been nearly quite sometime. I can definitely try and dig that out. I am sure you will be maintaining that in your database. After my repeated 50+ calls we had local person come in and change filter again and had to shell out additional amount of Rs2000. I have taken RO Care AMC for two years and had paid close to Rs8000 and still till date I have had no additional servicing from your end. If you really care for customers then honor the AMC and send your representative for servicing. Don’t expect us to call. You have to take that step if you want to retain customers. BTW I do need servicing now.

Ordered an Air-purifier from their website for almost Rs 14,000 and after 2 days , when i contacted them for tracking id , they say that my order does not reflect in their system ! Then , they give me different customer care numbers and when i contacted them , they too are clueless. I have sent to them the receipt that i received via easebuzz payment gateway in my email but no response from the companys end,

This is the worst service company I have seen.They are big fraud people and they have removed the filters kn the purifier and placed the ones which are not appropriate for the purifier. Now my water purifier is damaged.

Totally fake and chor company hai inka Sara system chor jhoote log hai chahe top management ho ya technician inka technician Jo faridabad ka ha chor hai Mera new filter jhoot bol ke le gaya aur 4000 rs bhi aaj pichle 2 month se inka accountant neeraj ek maidam hai Shreya aur technician narender mujhe ghuma rahe hai aur paisha nahi de rahe hai.

This very bad service provider,before service they completed my service request,after many time calling to customer care then after 5-6 day technician came for my AC cleaning but after cleaning they asking 1000Rs additional amount for service,I already paid service fee.Guys don't go for ro care service this very bad experience.

Worst service....
They will provide you good service on first visit and insist for annual plan. And once you take that plan you have to just cal and cal and they won't come....
Pathetic experience we had...be careful while taking their Annual.plan..
