Oh these guys are such cheaters. It's my bad that I did not read their reviews online but for saving a few bucks and thinking they seem legit I decided to let them change the parts in my Pureit Marvella. The parts were not original at all and when i confronted the technician, then he was very disrespectful and started talking very bad. He tried to take the old partals with him and then I was sure that he is just a crook. Even the service center guys disconnected my call when i asked them difficult questions. This is a lesson for life.. but be vary of such crooks. This review may help others..

I Ratnesh, consumer of reputed Brand Pure It. I want to inform you that I have been scammed by your customer service. On 23th Nov 2021 your technician Bappi Burman(Contact Number: 8637352239) visited my house to repair my RO. He told me that the outside spun candle and reverse osmosis inside need to be changed in my RO. I give him permission to install, but he uses different brand products for both instead. For spun candle he has installed PROLIVE which does not seal packed and reverse osmosis he uses Fizzy. I have paid Rs.400 for a spun candle and Rs. 2500 for reverse osmosis and service charge Rs.300. Bappi Burman, your technician did not even provide me a GST bill and I didn't receive any sms as of now from pure it. I have attached a cash memo with this email.
I tried to complain in customer care and I didn't get any feedback. I feel scammed by your company's customer service. Please give me feedback. Otherwise I have to take strong action against your company's service. Please don't force me to go to the Customer forum.
Hope you understand my pain.

Rocare India team are fraud,they have taken AMC amount and after that they wre not lifting my phone

They provide with fake filters at the same price as the ro company. Instead of paying them for service, try talking to the company directly. Also, I caught there fraud, after that they’ve benn avoiding my calls and they even said they’ll refund my money, but nobody responds now!

Really Good Experience with RO Care India. We are regularly booking ro service and getting good services and suggestions.

I had a worst servicing experience with ro care India,sohna road ,gurgaon. Customer care service is ridiculous.
Booked servicing of ro on 17th morning and executive BALVINDER SINGH came around by 7pm did his job and direct us that it will start working smoothly with in one hour and gave me invoice of 2700 rupee which I paid cash.
The thing didn't work after an hour and I call him
Regarding as he reply tomorrow he will be with us to fix it but he didn't later didn't receive my call again
Your area manager Hemlata for south Delhi didn't responded after making several call which I collected from ro care customer service
Same for senior staff which customer care gave me to call named HITESH didn't responded(responded several time).
We are on third day without ro purified water.
Called them again n again didn't found any positive response from them.
called there office they will just direct you with another number, end of the day you are your own
to choose RO CARE is a mistake because its its waste of money for paying money on this sub standard services.
May be they are good for big projects but surely not good for domestic/home use.
I advice not to choose them for domestic services

Worst service provider I have come across till date.. The initial service is the only thing they did as part of AMC since that is when the money was given to them.. Post that whenever, I try to book a service for the past 6 months, they keep rotating the number to various personnel as they costumer care head, area manager, technician. Each person will commit the same thing, that technician would be the tomorrow. However, that tomorrow never comes.. Further as of now they have stopped picking up my call also.

RO care India contacted me for service of my Hindustan Unilever RO Pureit filter and gave task to one technician Mahendra Prasad- with phone Nos.9311587735 & 9876339133.
This man 4 months back carried out service after one day on repeated calls. My RO is one year old. At that time he said next time sediments filter , Membrane system etc will have to be changed. I asked prices of those, which were quite high. I told him I will purchase them online. He said ok. I purchased those parts online. RO care India again called me one week back for providing service. I told them ok. They again allotted the job to Mahendra Prasad. Since parts were purchased online & not from him he kept fixing date & time for service many times but he never turned up for service. This notorious character will not reply to phone calls after fixing date & non appearance.

Fraud company, cheating customer, they have got a fraud setup, they just keep rotating and forwarding calls to frustrate customer so that they discontinue following.
