Really happy with my experience with Rocca, the quality of the work was great and everything was completed within the agreed timelines etc. Everyone I dealt with was great but Bailey predominantly looked after my purchase, his knowledge was spot on and in fairness to him he was extremely patient given the amount of worktops we considered over the course of the purchase. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Bailey and everyone else in Rocca in the future.

We shopped around for quartz , from back st garages to big name retailers and just couldn’t beat ROCCA for quality & service , absolute state of the art manufacturing facility onsite and a real eye for detail & finishings , they’re in a different class but still maintain very very reasonable prices

The quality of the fit and finish is absolutely first class. The joints are so accurately cut including quite complicated shapes and yet they are a perfect fit. I have no doubt this will enhance the look of our kitchen and will have been money well spent. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have granite type worktops installed.

From the initial email, to visting the showroom, to having the template and then the fitting. nothing was too much trouble. Any questions we had were answered with professionalism. The end result of our quartz worktops are absolutely fantastic looking. Couldn't recommend Rocca enough. For anything stone related Rocca should be one of your first stops.

Great service from start to finish. Everything went well buying, templating and fitting and good price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Time from order to fitting was relatively short - 2.5 weeks.

The worst customer experience I have ever had! This was a well thought through expensive purchase. The dekton was sized and templated by Rocca however the owner asked me to one in and speak to him, he said the position of hob would not work. This was after the template was approved. I explained I could not change my kitchen now it was all in place, instead of looking for solutions he started shouting and ranting at me in the shop. I was very embarrassed and shocked, he then said he was going to get other samples, shouted again and then stormed off, he appeared back half an hour later. I did not have a clue what to do. He eventually said the unit could be cut to move the job a little. I was charged for this.
I had stone left over and this was to make a table top, when I came to giving measurements they said I did not have enough to do this! I most definitely did. Leanne sales assistant did get this sorted but yet again why did I have to feel like I had done something wrong. I was also charged £450 to cut this when previously been told this would be £200.
Really disappointed in all of this, I was expecting much better from this company.

From the original contact on the phone , to visiting the showroom , Ordering our “slab” , measuring of the kitchen , to fitting . You honestly can’t find a better team. Patient, thorough and knowledgeable this was quality service. The suggestions of what we could achieve with minor changes to our plan , changed our kitchen to a show kitchen.

I needed a section of worktop to match the rest of the kitchen - I’d had a few quotes from elsewhere and the prices were astronomical. Louise offered an offcut and managed to source some upstands to match for half the price and installed within the week. Absolutely delighted.

Delighted with our new worktops and integrity sink. After being let down by another company, we were fitted in quickly with no issue supplying the Silestone we wanted. Fitters were great and gave advice on cleaning the Silestone and keeping it looking it’s best. Highly recommend!
