The communication was great. My order arrived in a timely matter and I was happy with all items. The sweatshirt had a couple of flaws and when I sent a picture and emailed them they responded right away. No excuses just apologies. I had a new sweatshirt at my door in less than a week! The brands they have to choose from are quality brands.

The pullover was thinner that expected. More clingy to the body making it more flattering on thinner body types. Fits true to size. The embroidery was poorer quality of our league logo but the stitching for the name though was much better quality. No tracking information was provided.

The ordering was a bit confusing
The ordering was a bit confusing. I was ordering Jackets and the photo that came up had our logo but under it was "pixels & paragraphs". I saw a box to check to put a name or something under the logo which I didn't click or add anything. After I placed the order something told me to call Customer Service. If I hadn't contacted your Customer Service I would have received jackets that had that wording below the logo. Thank goodness for Lynne Berger, she was wonderful in getting my order corrected ASAP and the jackets were received perfectly. Shout out to Lynne!

Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast. The logo was correct. They sent it to the right address and it arrived on time. The order was mostly accurate. I got Youth Sizes which are tiny. Some of the shirts are only appropriate for infants to wear. My students can't wear the vast majority of these shirts. I don't feel that this was money well spent and I wasn't able to get all of my students in our t-shirts for our high school yearbook photo as intended.

Bad Product, Bad Service, I want my money back.
My item does not look correct and I have repeatedly reached out to find a resolution and they have been non-responsive. It has been over two weeks and I would like to request a full refund ASAP.

My daughter’s jacket was as described…
My daughter’s jacket was as described except that it didn’t specify where her name will be printed.
Name appeared on the lowest back of the jacket. We expected it to be at the top back.

Shirt can't make up its mind what size it is
I got a small. Shirt is very tight around the chest but the arms are more like an XL. It's like XL arms got stitched to a S body.
