Beautiful piece exactly as the photo

I received my ring and it’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen I’m absolutely obsessed with it. I was kept up to date with the whole shipping process! I got it engraved and everything and it arrived earlier than the website originally quoted. I will purchase from them again for my daughter when she’s older.

The Topaz ring that they advertise is very blue, what I received is almost white. Wish that I could attach pictures so that you can see.

Shipping was on time and came well packaged. The packaging and presentation was excellent quality. My only complaint would be lack of notifications between placing my order and recieving a notice that the item has shipped. A way to track what step the jewelery is currently at during the creation process ( something like 'Currently cutting gemstone,' or 'polishing and packaging') would be very helpful and help relieve anxiety when ordering from a online overseas retailer.

Nice packaging and quality.

There was a problem with my initial order due to an error in the ring's description on the company website. The center amethyst stone was significantly smaller than advertised. Romalar was quick to correct their error. The ring's description on their website was changed to the smaller size center stone. But Romalar made a new ring for me with the larger stone that was cited in error on the website. They honored the original price and expedited the new order. I am very pleased with the new ring. It's exactly what I was expecting. The setting is very well made and the amethyst is a lovely and bright shade of purple. I commend the company for taking responsibility for their error, correcting it and making sure I was satisfied . I am so impressed by their product and customer service that I plan to order from them again in the very near future.

I was a bit annoyed that it was taking time to move from the facility, however my email was answered within 24 hours with an update. My ring came fairly quick after that and honestly it's gorgeous. So, so worth the wait. Excellent craftsmanship. I would 100% order from the again.

After ordering a replacement wedding set, it arrived fairly quick and was beautiful. However the wedding band was different than the picture. After contacting customer service, I received a response quickly, uploaded a photo of what I received and was sent a replacement band free of charge. The new band just arrived and is gorgeous!
