Good customer service

I've never had an issue with this company. Some people have referred to slow delivery. I've found them a little slower than other companies, but maybe have have become accustomed to uber fast deliveries. If you order in plenty of time, there is no issue. Recently had an issue with an order that was my fault. One quick pleasant conversation (yes they have a phone number unlike a lot of companies these days) and it was all sorted - great customer service, thank you!

Wrong item quickly replaced

Ordered a box a dried sausages, but received pig snouts (yuk!). One phone call, and there was an immediate apology, and the right item arrived first thing the next day.

Absolutely FANTASTIC

Absolutely FANTASTIC and when I spoke to them re shipping and could they speed it up as I really needed it quite urgently for one of my greyhounds they did - at no extra charge.

FANTASTIC item - just what my boy needs to stop him eating dressings and BRILLIANT customer services.

I will definitely be using them again.

Again the packaging was well below…

Again the packaging was well below standard, I was informed by the lady who delivered the parcel, that she should have taken it back to her depot, as the packaging was coming apart
I’m not sure how many times I have to mention this about the packaging, it appears that Romypets obviously don’t read the feedback on trust pilot
I would imagine that the next package will come badly packaged as all the rest that have been delivered

Great Customer Service

Received great customer service from Romy Pets (Bethany). Purchased a Kong dog toy which appeared faulty, rang and explained the situation. The first reaction was “how can we put this right”. There was no fuss, or nonsense. The item was replaced promptly without issue. A pleasant change from other suppliers, I’ll certainly be a repeat customer!

WARNING

WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Dog crate was ordered on the 10th August with an expected delivery date of 2-3 working days (as stated on the website). 12 days later nothing was received so I sent numerous emails chasing the product. An email was eventually received from them on the 23rd August to say that they did not have the product in stock so I asked for a refund. No reply was received to this email so I sent another after getting back from holiday on the 9th September. One further email was received on the 12th September from them apologising for the delay but advising they now had the product in stock, to which I replied asking when it would be dispatched. No response to this email, or to the following 2 emails sent and it’s now the 23rd September; 6 weeks after the initial payment was made. I will be taking this further as there has been very minimal contact from them despite numerous emails and they have effectively stolen my money. To make matters worse the crate was expensive, but regardless of the cost they are not operating how a business should. I have since seen other reviews stating similar issues but if only I’d seen them before I’d paid for the product. Please don’t make the same mistakes as me - stay well clear!

Romypets Professionalism

Unfortunately the kong toy I bought my dog broke it in about 10-15 minutes. Romypets were absolutely efficient, professional and so so helpful they offered me a different kong toy straight away at no extra cost to myself. I will definitely carry on using this company with much pleasure. It has restored my faith in large companies. Thank you so much for your immediate assistance in this matter. Joanna

Item obviously not in stock which I’m sure is illegal to sell something you can’t supply from stock the only time they replied was when I mentioned social media I was told it would be dispatched Wednesday for next day delivery they didn’t it took 2 weeks in total even though they advertised delivery as 2-4 days customer service is crap avoid unless you have time and money to waste they should be ashamed of themselves this is for an assistance dog and therapy dog she gives enough unlike this company

Avoid Company

First time shopping on this website. I
Ordered dog biscuits and 6 small bottles of dog cologne. At no point on checkout was I told certain items were out of stock. They sent me an email apologising that the cologne was out of stock and will be sent the following day on 11th. I did not receive dog cologne until the 20th.
Box was soaking wet. When I opened the package, I discovered every bottle had loose lids. Three bottles were empty, and three bottles were half full.
We are talking £5.00 for a small 100 ml Bottle of BB Ancol baby powder fragrance cologne. I have written to seller, but I am still waiting for reply. I consider companies such as these to be totally dishonest by not letting you know items are out of stock, giving the customer no choice but to wait at the company's convenience when items will be sent. I shall certainly avoid shopping with this company in the future. I would suggest you read all the reviews on this company before spending your money.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I ordered my crate on 22nd June 2022, I still don’t have it and it’s now 9th September 2022.
It’s been 12 weeks now and the last email said that they are arriving this weekend (10th sept) from Germany. I doubt it.
Numerous excuses that don’t add up. So I’m now fed up with it and have asked for a refund.
Get your act together ROMYPETS and don’t advertise products you don’t stock.🤬
I WANT A REFUND !
