Bought a Stompa mattress for my kid, which is great. Perfect little first mattress for her first "big bed".
Order process was straight forward, however after not receiving any shipping notification 5 days after placing an order, I reached out via email. Had a response back to say it'll be sent the next day, which it was and was shipped over night. A shame I had to chase, and given how quick shipping was done very much felt like it was done because I chased. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

We ordered 2 double beds for our sons, we reached out to the company before we placed the order to see if they did military/blue light discount. Their response was quick and they confirmed they do not offer this but offered a complimentary 3%.
We then place the order, received email confirmation immediately and dispatch email with in days.
The delivery was directly for the manufacturer, but when I had queries, they got back to me quickly and with the information needed.
We received the beds within 2 weeks of ordering.
We are please with our service and communication we had and would happily reuse the company and recommend to friends and family.
Beds were hard to build but we managed, this was just our choice of beds and not paying for the building options. This does not reflect the company! Maybe just consider this service if you order a complicated piece.

Do not buy from this company.
They never sent the bed we ordered and said the refund had been paid when nothing appeared in our bank. Fraudulent company and it’s sad it’s still going and making children suffer. The positive reviews are not real.

Placed an order for a bed and 1 week later they send an email saying I must pay £75 delivery charge.As below.
If you want to continue with your order you would need to pay an additional £75.00 for delivery. If you don’t want to go ahead with this we can arrange a cancellation and full refund. Sorry for the inconvenience Please advise what you would like to do?
Just make sure you pay on a credit card or you might not get your money back according to past reviews.

This company will take your money, with no intention of delivering any goods, and will then refuse to give you a refund.
I have lost over £1000 in trying to buy furniture from them. Initially the goods were "late" then they told me my money had been refunded but my bank has confirmed no refund has been received. Ever since then any of my attempts at communication with Room to Grow have been entirely ignored. I have reported them to Action Fraud and to my bank. Action fraud have advised that Room to Grow is now under investigation.
I can't believe they are still being allowed to operate with the sheer number of people from whom they have accepted payment without ever delivering any products.
Coming soon on the next season of of Rip off Britain, by any chance?
The fact that the company has changed hands and now the old fraud isn't the new owner's issue to deal with...evasive and suspicious.
The 5 star reviews....paid for in my prejudiced opinion.
Worst thing: kids are the ones suffering. We are all parents who work hard and save to provide for our families and they've taken resources away from our children for their own benefit.
They keep blaming the previous owners but new bad reviews keep on coming. Also, why in your right mind would you buy a business with so many bad reviews and where "the previous owners" clearly stole people's money? The whole story of "it's the previous owners who dun it! We're totally legitimate." seems a bit odd.

Be very wary of this site. I’m still waiting for a bed ( see previous posts) Why would you buy a business that has so many bad reviews. The reply from the so called “New Owners” advised that the so called “previous owners “ would contact me. I am still waiting.

Easy to navigate website. Delivery organised and received within 48hrs of placing the order. My daughter loves her new bed, which was super easy to put together and feels very sturdy. First time purchasing through Room to Grow and I am very impressed. Will be ordering again for my eldest, who now has bed envy!

Excellent product delivered on time with the expected high quality. Lead time of 4-6 weeks adhered to. Well informed delivery service by logistics provider. TeePee Bed Frame is of an excellent build quality with easy build instructions provided. This is the 2nd children's bed I have purchased from RoomToGrow in the past 3 years and both are excellent!

When we ordered a new bed for my daughter, the website stated that delivery would take up to 7 working days. Unfortunately, after reaching out to the team for an update, I learned that the actual delivery timeframe was closer to 4–6 weeks, which was quite disappointing given the initial expectation.
That said, the customer service team handled the situation very professionally. They were quick to respond, offered alternative options, and made sure to keep me informed throughout the process. Their communication helped manage the delay and made the experience much smoother overall.
As for the bed itself, I’m really happy with the quality. It’s made from solid, durable materials and feels very sturdy once assembled. My daughter loves it, and it’s clear that it’s built to last. Despite the delivery setback, the product and service were both very good in the end.

bought bunkbeds for my kids they never arrived. They didn’t reply. There’s no phone number to speak to a real person they did email me back once saying it’s coming soon, but after it was twice the ETA for delivery I claimed on my credit card.
I did get a reasonable reply on trust pilot stating the company had been sold, we will see if the reviews improve from the 1st July. I did make the purchase Jan 2025.

Absolutely shocking that this brand is still allowed to trade with the number of people who have been ripped off and not received goods or a refund. I’m still waiting on a refund from June, and communication has been non-existent. Please do not order from this company.

We ordered a kids bed and bedside table in February with a promised delivery of 6 to 8 weeks. Initial requests for delivery updates after 8 weeks indicated short term delivery problems. As time went on the updates got more vague, and intermittent and eventually stopped completely. No customer service response and no response from new email address either. After 5 months of total frustration a request for a full refund was met with total silence. I will turn to my credit card company and small claims court for resolution.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Made an order in June, emailed them early July which said the company got taken over and unable to fulfill my order and a refund will be given however I have not received it but I will update if I ever do but for now BEWARE!
