Very clean , staff very professional

Been a regular visitor to Manchester and stay at Roomzzz Victoria in the heart of the city. The suites are amazing, offering lots of space and luxury with everything you need to relax if you want to stay in or go out. The staff and mgt are great, always courteous and helpful , the rooms and communal areas are spotless and there is a sense of grandeur in this wonderful building. If you are visiting Manchester give Roomzzz Victoria a go, you won’t be disappointed

Newcastle roomzzz always go above and beyond in every stay! The staff are all amazing.

Recently stayed at the newcastle branch. Staff- especially Karen at the desk- were super helpful and friendly, nothing was too much of an effort. Room was immaculate so well done to the cleaning team as well. Will definitely be back.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting York.

We used Roomzzz for a block booking this year and they have been absolutely superb. Julian and the guys have gone above and beyond to see that our booking went as smoothly as possible. They always go that extra mile to make sure any last minute changes are accommodated, which as been a massive help. I would thoroughly recommend them to people either looking for a short or longer stay in Leeds.

Very friendly and helpful staff, efficient management, great and prompt service. Been here for last few years, its our home away from home, highly recommend it.

A very comfortable stay slept very well as the bed was nice and firm a good base to explore London as you can be in central london very quickly
