Scamming customers, fraud, horrible service
I am having a similar experience to those written below. I returned a bunch of items (worth $910) and my return was not processed when it reached the warehouse. After two weeks in their warehouse I reached out about my refund and was told my return had been flagged and they couldn't give me any other info. This was a month ago and I have written every week trying to understand what was going on. Today I received a box with my original order shipped back to me and a note that my items could not be returned due to "excessive lint and odor." All items were returned in unused condition with tags on them, in original packaging. This claim about lint and odor is an extreme lie and it seems like the company is doing anything possible to deny customers a refund for returns. I have photos of every item in their bag with tags and the items are clean and unused. They are just lying to keep their money. Don't let people return things if you don't want to deal with returns, but don't scam people by having a return policy that you then refuse to follow. Absolutely horrible experience with no customer service to help.
SCAM!! DON'T BUY FROM ROUCHA
TLDR; Roucha is an absolute scam - don't be fooled by cute nonsense Brooklyn marketing; this company is trash.
Purchased a pair of $130 pants from Roucha - 15 days later I received them, tried them on once, found them too big and placed them right back into the box with their return label on it. After another 30 days of waiting, I still hadn't received a refund and contacted their customer service team. They told me the return was 'flagged' but 'they couldn't see why.' Turns out it was received by them and then RETURNED (?!) to my billing address and *not* my shipping address that the pants were originally sent to. What? My billing address is not in the same state where I live, so I had no way of ever retrieving the pants, and customer service just stopped responding to my emails asking WHY these pants were returned back to me, let alone to my billing address. So I'm out $130 for no given reason and have a pair of pants floating somewhere in another state. Don't waste your time/money.
They are horrible crooks
They are horrible crooks. I sent back an item and tracking shows it was received. It’s been over 3 weeks and they have not refunded the money and will not respond to emails.
Appalling and negligent customer service
There's a reason they dont allow you to interact with their social media. Should have been my first warning. I placed an order in January. It was my first order with them so I cant leave a review on the clothing just on their customer service. My order shipped fairly quickly but the issue came with delivery. UPS stated they attempted delivery on 3 different occassions and did a final attempt. Unsure what the problem was with this as other UPS packages were delivered in this time period. As soon as I had returned from a trip I received the final notice and I reached out ASAP to Roucha customer service. They said they would be in contact with UPS and let me know. They said if it was returned they could resend as soon as it reached the warehouse. I even offered to pick it up at a location to be held if possible because reshipment wouldnt work for me due to an upcoming move. I never heard back. I then reached out today, three days later as I never heard back, and they said I had until 8pm to pick it up or it would be sent back to them and I would be charged shipping and a restocking fee, interesting none of those fees are applied if they resend it after it returns. I would not want the order anyways at this point as I would never recommend them due to their customer service. Appalling and negligent customer service.
Don’t do it
I was so excited about these pants. I hummed and hawed and saved. The disappointment is immeasurable. (Relatively speaking of course)
Things of note: First off, they just get bigger and bigger as you wear them. Like hanging of your rear end. Secondly, their sizing chart runs super large. It’s way off.
But above all that and most importantly... I bought 3 pairs of pants, exchanged 3 pairs of pants for smaller ones. (Again size chart is terribly off) Then my new pairs arrived. Fit beautifully. As I mentioned, they were really lose with wear (expected to some degree, but they were having trouble staying up with a phone in my pocket) BUT THE REAL ISSUE is after one single delicate, cold machine washed a pair and lay them flat to dry, they shrunk THREE INCHES in length. You are seeing correctly. Three entire inches. My ankle grazing pants now are to my calf. Like suburban 90’s high water mom pants. They also were right in my belly and no longer could be worn at my natural waste. They told me that was normal for pants. If you can believe it!? Ive worn and washed pants many times in my life and I have never! Now I’m terrified to wash my other two pairs. We’re talking $600 In pants I cannot wash. This company should do better. Preshrink your fabric, advise about extreme shrinkage, don’t gas light your customer into think it’s “normal shrinkage” and then do something to make amends. These are 100% dry clean only pants. I have sooo many friends who’ve been waiting to hear my thoughts about the pants before buying some themselves. I’m sure it’s clear how I feel.
They have offered me $33 in store credit to resolve my $600 loss. This company is a rip off. I told them $33 was not satisfactory compromise and now they are ignoring me.
Roucha AWFUL experience
I've had an AWFUL experience with Roucha. I ordered $1170 worth of clothes that was delivered to me on November 3. I returned it to the post office on November 25. They say because they did not receive it within 30 days of purchase (which I have no control over the shipping speed), they only gave me store credit back which I cannot use because all the clothes are too large for me! So now I have $1000 worth of store credit I can't use. I've had to contact the founder directly. Not sure if I will get a response back. Their customer service is awful.

I’ve been a big fan of this brand for 3 years and I can’t get enough of it. the quality of materials is excellent, the clothes look expensive and stylish. The only problem - it looks too nice for everyday use. So I have to keep it for special occasions or cool events :(
Unprofessional service
I am so diasappointed by the service provided by this company. It such a shame because the clothes are sensational but the customer service means I will never order from them again. Once, an item was out of stock after my card was charged. A second time, an item I ordered was not shipped and the operations manager accused me of lying and refused to ship the item despite me providing evidence (in the form of the weight of the package recorded on the shipping label) that the missing item could not have been included in the parcel. Appalling customer service.

It’s frustrating to spend a lot on something believing that you can return it if it’s not right. These clothes are handsome and they’re well made. Bravo! I want to return one of the two pieces and the order number (confirmed) doesn’t work in their system. So I wrote to the company. An auto reply says give us 2 business days. A week later…crickets.
