Had to chase to get the order delivered. Had to return part of it when it eventually turned up. Still waiting for a refund 1 month on. No response to requests for an update.
Products good quality. Service - poor. Very disappointed.

Best price for what I wanted. It was cheaper than the same items last year.
There was an issue with the delivery, but this was expedited by the helpful customer services

Rubber duck equivocated about a heavy shower part which had complicated measurements. My builder agreed with me re the description of the item but an incorrect unit was sent. Happy to take my money but when a problem arose it was like looking into the eyes of a stranger. Awful experience. They were obtuse & robotic in their responses & expected me to pay postage. The operative acted insulted and injured when challenged. When I said they had lots of bad reviews on Trust Pilot the operative replied smugly "We've got good ones too" Risible, lax & cursory customer service. Conclusion?
Avoid.

Sent all the correct information over company sent out the wrong part twice then decided to ignore me after trying to put the blame on me and we’re not accept return postage or refund

Good price, prompt delivery, easy ordering

I ordered a wall channel for my wet room shower glass to slide into. The item never arrived on time or at all really. So I cancelled the order and my refund still has not come back after nearly 3 weeks

Except delivery very slow and you pay extra.

They show items for sale that are not in stock, then tell you that you have to wait for it. If you then cancel the order they do not refund you, even though they keep telling you they will. Have had to raise a chargeback on my card to get my money back, still in progress...

Edit: Have read Rubberduck's reply. Its not the fact its not in stock its the fact you still haven't refunded me 6 weeks after the purchase that's the problem!

You even sent me emails saying "you have been refunded" which were complete lies. Well the credit card company is dealing with it now.

AVOID!!! Bath panel completely damaged in 3 places. Refused to help, take accountability or provide any refund as I didn’t report it within 24 hours. Never heard anything like it. Rude and would avoid at all costs as they have zero care for their customers.

I have had nothing but excellent help and support from this team and company. I needed help after messing up an order and nothing has been too much trouble to get me sorted out. The delivery has been well organised and the ordering and payment process is easy. I wish o had more bathrooms !

This company provides great customer service. I have spoken with Nick, both in person and via email several times. Having no experience of shower panels, he has spent time, explaining and advising how to fit these, and emailed detailed instruction.

I had been searching for a supplier of a certain size and make of bath and Rubberduck seemed to have the one required. After a few e-mails the deal was done,and was delivered at the time and date that was agreed.Very good service and price.

everything was amazing except for the delivery, which is not the suppliers fault, they left the pallet on the pavement and called me after they had left, luckily i had help to move it. HOW EVER , the service from beginning to end was a pleasure and a charming experience, HIGHLY RECOMEND
