I was dubious about using a website I’d never heard of but after much searching they were the only company who had the taps I wanted. We knew these were being discontinued so we really pleased to find them and just thought we would go for it. As they would match the other taps I bought else where. However they have just called to tell me they don’t have the stock! I don’t understand why you would sell me something you don’t have. I will give them they rang promptly to tell me but I now have two sets of taps from other companies I can’t use because of this company.

As you mentioned, the tap purchased was an end-of-line item, with just one showing in stock. At the point of dispatch, we noticed the last one had already been sold previously but the stock level hadn’t updated as it normally would have. As soon as we spotted the discrepancy, we got in touch right away to let you know.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and we’re sorry we couldn’t fulfil the order on this occasion.

Cracked basin no refund or replacement!
Unable to send a replacement item despite original purchase being damaged (cracked basin). Unfortunately I was unable to check for damage immediately on delivery due to August family holiday and checked on first day of return. Some flexibility around reporting damage in peak holiday season would be helpful. Never again!

Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about the cracked basin.
We do ask that any courier damage is reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, so we can arrange a replacement if necessary. Unfortunately, as the damage wasn’t flagged until several weeks later, it meant we weren’t able to arrange a replacement through the manufacturer.
It is difficult with when working with 3rd party couriers/suppliers but we’ll certainly take your comments on board regarding flexibility around peak holiday times.
We’re sorry this experience has left you disappointed.

Would avoid
Chose to purchase a large mirror with Rubberduck bathrooms due to competitive price and promised fast delivery.
Placed order on 29/07 and received item on 31/07. Unfortunately was the wrong mirror. Called and had the wrong mirror collected and the correct one delivered. Came smashed. Had to call and arrange another delivery, mirror came- smashed again. Called them once again and finally the correct mirror, not damaged this time, arrived 2 weeks later. So after 1 incorrect mirror and 2 completely smashed ones I did eventually receive the item I wanted.
I understand things like this can happen but asked if they could could collect the 2 broken mirrors (like they initially did with the first incorrect one) as they were large and completely smashed. They were ‘unable to assist’ or compensate for the disposal I had to pay for.
In future I will pay more and purchase elsewhere to avoid the inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Your items were delivered directly by the manufacturer, and while the pricing and delivery timescales are competitive, unfortunately the repeated damage in transit and the initial wrong item fell well short of the standard either of us would expect.

Water off a duck’s back!
Found an actual waterproof bath side! Good price , quickly delivered. Why all such bath sides are not made this way I don’t know? Took a while to find an available fitter who could replace a ‘wood’ look one that failed to do its job. Bathrooms should be waterproof and able to be clean, dry and mould free. With little ones , constant use ; you want a clean, safe and hygienic environment. Thank you Rubberduck 🦆

We bought use this supplier last two…
We use this supplier last two occasions we was very satisfied by the quality and service. This time we bought scudo tap from them which was the faulty piece send to us. We have inaugration for our house this weekend. We been chasing for the tap from 14th of July we been asking videos and pics for the same product again and again. Very disappointed this time. On top of that my husband call the customer care and call handler was very rude. We will keep you updated with this matter.
