I go to Ruby Tuesday every Tuesday as Terri the bartender is fantastic. It's not so much for food, (drinks are expensive), but Terri is great. Fort Myers, fl location.

We go for lunch every Tuesday and eat in the bar. Bartender Terri is the BEST! We only go when she is on shift. Great service, but drinks are pricey.

Shelby was funny!!! i had a mai tai and salad bar. very refreshing.

The people that seat us and especially the waitresses Pam, Crystal, and Lizzy.

Alfani was a great server and gave perfect service

We enjoyed a nice salad bar and soup for lunch! We had a fantastic server, Zac Brown who took great care of us.

Stopped in for dinner, had the pleasure of having an outstanding server. Alyscia Allie Meggitt went above and beyond serving me. I was having a bad day and she made it better. Gave me refills, checked on me when needed, always had a smile.

Brittany Julian was my waitress from the Winter Haven Location. She was awesome. Very attentive and fun! Made our evening pleasant and enjoyable! Will be back for sure....

The chicken parmigiana was excellent, best sauce I’ve had in years. Serving staff was polite and quick especially Ally at the Charles Town restaurant. Great salad bar! Can’t wait to go back. 🫶

We went to Ruby Tuesday by the airport in TN! Our food was great! Breale F. was our waitress and she was very friendly and nice!

We have been going to the Ruby Tuesday's on Care Center Dr. in Tallahassee FL. for over 2 years now. I am part of the reward program. However I will be hard pressed to go back again. The waitress we had was rude. We asked for 2 salad bar lunch specials and then a single cup of soup. (which was cold). When the bill came we were charged for the all you can eat salad bar and soup. I asked why and was told that is just the way it is. Also you had to search through the plates at the salad bar to find a clean one.

So beyond ridiculous! There were only 2 other tables (one of two the other three people) when we arrived (3). It took about 3 minutes to get sat. That was the best part of the experience. Another 10 to order, then 15 to get 3 waters - 10 minutes later (so 35 mins) to get 1 app. When my son had to ask for a new drink because something was floating in his. She dropped the app then she and a man came right back to say we needed to pay because she was getting off. Other than to bring our meal no one came to check on us again. Oh let me guess??? It's covids fault???

Don’t order off the menu. I took my 89 year old mother to Ruby Tuesdays for a light lunch. We were charged $12 for two cups of soup.

I like the hickory bourbon salmon and the parmesan shrimp pasta. Sometimes, I have a half rack of ribs.
